The Vibe/aesthetic in the shop is absolutely adorable I love that they have premade shakes and teas to go. They have a great menu amazing Seasonal drink options. Everything that I have tried there has been amazing 10 out of 10. Recommend amazing if you’re looking for a quick healthy option.

The social is truly one of those places that makes you feel at home the second you walk in. The tea is amazing every single time, but what really sets it apart is the people. Harley and her staff are so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind and the fact that they remember our names just says everything about the experience they create! It’s not just a tea shop, it’s a place you actually look forward to going back to 🤍

The Social Nutrition in Murfreesboro is hands down one of my favorite spots. Their protein shakes are not only delicious but super unique. You can tell a lot of creativity goes into their menu.

The atmosphere is what really sets this place apart. It’s such a cute, thoughtfully designed space that feels both cozy and refreshing. On nice days, they leave the door open which lets in fresh air and sunlight, making it an even better place to relax or get some work done.

The staff is incredibly genuine and personable. You feel welcomed the moment you walk in. It’s quiet, the music is always good, and the overall vibe makes it easy to stay awhile.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a healthy treat and a great environment all in one place!

Social Nutrition has been my little lifesaver lately. Their protein shakes actually taste good (like… not fake or chalky at all), and they keep me full for hours. The energy teas are that perfect pick-me-up when you need a boost but don’t want to feel shaky or crash later.
