Love this place. Quality food and service.

Update: it's been several years of going to this restaurant. Have yet to have a bad experience. Every meal has been great whether it's been dine in or takeout. Service and staff are also always great.

This place is excellent!! The sushi is fresh, and not overpowered by spraying Kewpie mayo and sweet & sour sauce all over it. Don’t eat down the street at the Rock and Roll Sushi!! It was such a mistake, we went to Thida Thai afterwards to have good quality food. The sushi took a little while, but great things come to those who wait. We loved the eel nigiri and the rainbow roll!! Crème Brûlée was silky smooth and delicious!! We will 100% return!!

We had a great experience at this restaurant, and it was our first time trying it. My friend ordered the Beef Pho, and I went with the Seafood Pho. She absolutely loved hers, but I wasn’t a fan of mine. It had a really strong fishy taste that’s hard to describe and didn’t have much flavor overall.

For appetizers, we tried the fried dumplings and vegetable egg rolls. I loved the egg rolls, but the fried dumplings were just okay. For drinks, I had the honeydew boba with ice cubes, unblended, and no whipped cream. My friend got the taro boba, but she didn’t like it because it was blended.

Here’s how I’d rate everything:

The service was excellent, and our server was super friendly and kind. If we come back, we’ll definitely try something different!

Good food, but painfully slow service. The restaraunt itself isn’t very large so there’s usually a wait especially during dinner. Once you get sat, they ignore you for about 10-15 minutes. You put food in and they bring everything separately instead of at the same time. They didn’t seem to pay us much attention and I started to wonder if our food was ever going to come out. There didn’t seem to a system in place as far as the serving and hosting goes. Everyone just does a little bit of everything and it makes everything jumbled up and run so much slower. Nobody really came over and checked on us to see if we enjoyed our food or if we needed anything. The employees also didn’t seem friendly whatsoever. They seemed bothered when people didn’t want to sit at the bar and wanted a table instead. When they brought our food to our tables, they kind of just threw them to us and didn’t say a word. The food was good and I didn’t think it was too unreasonably priced. But, the service is just so extremely slow it’s just worth skipping all together considering there are other good Thai places just down the road. I unfortunately won’t be back.

Really fantastic place. Good portions with fantastic flavor. Rec the Pho, Pad Woosen, & Pad Thai. The Thai Tea is also better than most locations.

Thida Thai has lost my business. Called yesterday to do a pickup order. They were charging almost $25 for gratuity. It's a pickup order, you are not waiting on me hand and foot. I was shocked, almost went through with the order, and decided not to spend my money there. It's sad because I really do like their food. Guess I'll be making the further trip to Royal Thai in Nashville. Their food is even better. Big mistake Thida big!

The gentleman who took my order over the phone was extremely upset with me. I repeated my order to him. He agreed with me. When I picked up my order, it was wrong. I politely confirmed my order with the cashier and she agreed. I looked at the receipt and the order was wrong. The man who took my order over the phone informed me that he previously confirmed the order with me over the phone. I told him what I ordered. He repeatedly talked about me while I was patiently standing near the cash register waiting for them to correct my order. He was very loud while complaining. That was very unprofessional. The cashier apologized for the man's behavior.

The food is ok besides the spicy conch and octopus being 80% avocado, but the prices they charge don’t match the prices on the menu. Double check what price you’ll be charged for your items before they ring up your total.

Incredibly surprised of how food turned out.
It wasn't precise the best food in the area but it was above average to tell yall the truth, not to mention that there are all kinds of food from thai to Japanese style cuisine and even vietnamese. Good service and friendly service is always appreciated ?
