I was there this past Thursday January 8th, and had Dixie as our server. Not only was she truly remarkably, but she took care of me and my soon to be Commissioner of Rutherford County! Her excellent service and dedication to her profession, made our night tremendous! We will continue to return, and hopefully we continue to have here as our server. Great Job Dixie.

We stopped in for an early dinner. We always enjoy the small town atmosphere, folks chatting from one table to the next. Servers join in and it feels like there are no strangers in the dining room at all. Of course the food is always wonderful, and portions large enough to bring home lunch for tomorrow. Never a disappointment.
Cyrah needs a raise. Best service. Excellent ribs. Ok onion rings... but their curly fries are top notch! Chicken fingers too!

No one waited on me. Not even a drink order. The young lady came and place a napkin and a straw and said I will be right back. I look up she is laughing and talking to her coworkers for a few minutes. Then when I called and try to speak to a manager no contact.

Wings were good, but their hottest wasn't 🔥 enough for me. Excellent fried pickles, I could eat them by themselves. Potato skins were disappointing as they were laking enough cheese and no chives or green onion. However, I can say they are loaded with bacon.

I had ordered two Tricycle Samplers there and got home and the food was overcooked. The Potato Skins didn't have anything on it as well. I ended up having to throw it away. When I called the following morning the Manager on the morning shift told me she couldnt compensate me or remake my other. All the other Toots have great food and service. I suggest you not to go to this one. The customer service and cooking is terrible. Wont be going back to this location.

I came from Evans Georgia with my husband for a business trip and I saw this place and wanted to try. Let me tell you the best wings I've had in almost a year and a half. I can't find any decent wings in Georgia and it's sad I had to come to Tennessee for amazing wings. Will definitely come back again when I'm in town
