I have eaten at several different locations with experiences that vary. My daughters and I came to the Nissan location on October 9th in honor of a loved one. From the moment we stepped in the experience was wonderful. Our server (a magician I'm sure) was on point and he made sure everything was exactly as it was ordered. Darren didn't linger but stopped by enough to make sure we were good. I'm not sure why he's not a manager except maybe he loves taking care of his customers. I know WH doesn't always get great reviews but this WH definitely stepped up their game! Darren, we hope when we stop in again, we're lucky enough to be in your section!

Husband and I walked in today to grab a bite. We sat down at the counter to look at the menu. After 20 minutes of being completely ignored (absolutely no acknowledgement; not ecen eye contact), we walked out. No, it wasnt busy and I counted at least 8 employees behind the counter. Just a simple acknowledgement would have been appreciated. Instead, employees were too busy talking to each other to notice customers walking out. Ive ate here in the past, and never had anything but great food an service. I dont know what has changed but there are many other places to eat in Smyrna that actually appreciate their customers.

Ashley and Christian the cook were Outstanding. I’ve been to a lot of waffle houses. This was the best experience ever. Thank you guys.
The Smyrna Waffle House is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is prepared perfectly to order. One of the few WH in the area that allow customers inside 24/7.
Me, my fiancé and our 1 year old wanted to stop and get a waffle before work/school, we come in and it’s pretty busy but we understand so we sit down wait for a table. As we are waiting, a man walks in and one of the servers cleans up a spot of him and automatically starts getting his drinks and orders, not saying anything to us despite us waiting. Finally a server clears off a table, we get to the table and no greeting, ok a bit weird but that’s fine. We watch as our server just walks around the counter talks to the other servers/cook or just stands there doing nothing for about 10 mins, again no greeting or drinks or food or anything from anyone. Finally our 1 year starts to get antsy and hangry, so we just got up and left. As soon as we start to get up to leave, that’s when our server finally made some effort to come over but at that point we would rather go somewhere else. Just highly disappointed and we weren’t able to get breakfast because we waited/wasted almost 20 mins here.
