Me, my fiancé and our 1 year old wanted to stop and get a waffle before work/school, we come in and it’s pretty busy but we understand so we sit down wait for a table. As we are waiting, a man walks in and one of the servers cleans up a spot of him and automatically starts getting his drinks and orders, not saying anything to us despite us waiting. Finally a server clears off a table, we get to the table and no greeting, ok a bit weird but that’s fine. We watch as our server just walks around the counter talks to the other servers/cook or just stands there doing nothing for about 10 mins, again no greeting or drinks or food or anything from anyone. Finally our 1 year starts to get antsy and hangry, so we just got up and left. As soon as we start to get up to leave, that’s when our server finally made some effort to come over but at that point we would rather go somewhere else. Just highly disappointed and we weren’t able to get breakfast because we waited/wasted almost 20 mins here.

We had a ton of teenagers go in at around 11:30pm without any warning ahead of time and they were so polite about it. They had no issue with serving us and we had a great time. Everyone tipped them plenty and i would highly recommend.

The lady was so nice and made sure we had all our little requests. She is pregnant and still so sweet and friendly. Lord knows I couldn't be that sweet and friendly pregnant, on a night shift. 🤣 Thank you!

I’ve gone here a few times and every time my order was wrong. I ask for well done bacon, a firm sliced tomato, a bow of grits, toast, plain waffle. —-tomato was mushy on one visit, grits so cold you couldn’t melt butter on 2 separate visits, waffle was well done on another visit. You would think I’ve learned my lesson but I still love going here. The servers are so nice most of the time. Plus I love watching them cook. It relaxes me if that makes sense. All in all this is still a great place for a quick bite to eat and orders do get messed up sometimes because they are moving fast to get orders out in timely manner but they take care of complaints and fix them asap. You just need to speak up and tell them asap. I Will continue going here. But if you’re an impatient, unforgiving person by nature don’t go here. .

I always stop when driving through the south. I got hit with a double service charge today. You should let people know when you change your policy. I'm definitely not tipping when being charged for two different service charges. Not sure what your play is but when forced to tip makes me not want to tip. BS... Trying to make people look bad by having to ask why being charged for two different charges for mediocre food?

We waited patiently for 30min,it was so many people in there,we just left, people were standing up in front of me that's how crowded it was, so we got up and left,we didn't order anything.
