My child wanted to go eat waffle and when I got here ,the atmosphere didn’t feel warm and inviting.I wasn’t acknowledge until the witness found the time to say something.Once she took the order I noticed how the gentleman that was cook got the order wrong twice and complained about how the witness did not call it out twice and notice the witness did in fact look uncomfortable how the way he spoke to her like if she tried to speak ,he would get even angrier at her.There was a man who asked to get fresh new toast because the one he had was burnt but instead her asking the cook to toasted another she kept quiet like if she asked he would get mad at her .overall I hope management do check on their employees

My Star Rating is based on the Place not comparing it to other style Restaurants. I got a Double Cheese Burger, Waffle, & Hash Browns. I did enjoyed it, & the Service was good. Ate at 2 a.m., so they weren't busy.
It was a little weird, but likely just busy. Wasn't sure if we were to just sit or be seated. But, it worked out. Everyone was very friendly. Waitress we had was very nice. Food tasted great.

I understand if Waffle House is busy, especially at night when every other business is closing. However, that’s no excuse for crappy service. I stood at the pickup counter for mins and wasn’t acknowledged until a guy walked in then the woman DECIDED to turn around and asked was I placing an order. Order was incorrect. Instead of immediately trying to remedy to situation - she decides to argue the point of everything being correct however when looking at the ticket she realized I was missing cheese and onions, which cost, from my order. Also, gave me burnt bacon. Like that’s unacceptable. Yall see the food and still proceed to give that to someone.

Giving a 1 star because I just spotted a baby roach crawling on the counter. Super gross. I won't be back. This place needs to close get fumigated and deep cleaned.

Mold in the coffee mug. Got another cup with the same problem and a mouth mark on it. They need to clean their dishes better. Other than that I liked the food and service .

Don't order online and make a mistake. They will not answer the phone no way to get ahold of them to cancel and correct anything at all the phone won't even ring.
