It’s very hit or miss. This last time I went I got a chicken sandwich that must’ve been sitting out since lunch. It was awful. Chewy and nasty.

Horrible waited 20 minutes to order. The smart mouth little boy up front said he’s too busy to take my order. The manager and whole team should be fired at this point the way everyone is walking around looking all confused about making a hamburger is disgraceful.

Ordered Chili. No crackers or Chilli sauce was added or asked if I wanted. I guess this is the new norm for all fast food restaurants nowadays

Saddest baconator I've ever seen 😂

Closing 20 minutes early is diabolical for a fast food place. Us late night workers would like more options than mcdonalds.

I was standing in line and the woman who was working just left the whole line to go sit down next to another employee in the dining room.. without a word. Left us all (3 strangers) standing there. Rudest employees by far. I won't support any business that let's its employees treat their patrons like this.

They might as well close the doors if they can't keep the loby open for customer to come and set down and eat locked up thats no good for bissnes

I want to give a big shoutout to Peaches at the drive thru. Even through the speaker and window, her warmth and kindness came through loud and clear. She greeted me with such a positive, friendly attitude that it honestly made my whole morning better. It’s rare to feel that kind of genuine care in a quick stop like that, but Peaches made it feel personal. Wendy’s is lucky to have someone like her representing them
