I've been through the drive-thru about four times three weeks. The younger kids do a little too much playing and talking instead of just handing the food out the window. They're usually polite, just a little rude on the speed of service. They would be fine if they would learn to put on the game face before they opened the window.

This Wendy's location is so hit & miss..When the lovely manager is here, who I've also seen at The Hickory Hollow location, food is good as is the service. However, once left in the hands of the kids working these days it's absolutely horrible..Several customers complaining when I walked in as a young gal is playing ON her phone WHILE preparing food...While I get there is no federal mandate on wearing gloves one has to wonder while all us customers stand there not only waiting for our food being prepared at the speed of backwards we also have to wonder about cross contamination with this young gal so enamored with what's going on with her phone .Touching her phone touching our food. You get the picture...Pretty gross if you ask me...Ungloved employee handling the publics food while playing with her phone which was way more important than her job apparently..Needs management to be present more to avoid these kinds of situations and get more positive reviews..With all that said..My fries were cold..nuggets cold..burger looked like it was stepped on..At least you can mess up a soft drink right? Do better please

Don't have a special order they get it wrong. 3 strick and your out wendy's. Cokes flat drive thru didn't listen when I asked for no drink carry. My wrap was not put together good. Manager just said to come back and she would refund my drinks. 50 dollar order and multiple problems. I tried to give them a chance. My family will not be going bavk

Showed up there 35 minutes before they close, and said they were only accepting Uber eats and DoorDash orders at the time.
The young man who took my order and gave me the food at the drive thru window was polite and friendly. The girl at the drive thru register, however, did not offer an ounce of friendliness nor any trace of a smile. Not a you're welcome, not a have s good night. Nothing but a blank stare and my card. I usually love the food at Wendy's. The diet coke was slightly brown carbonated water. On my classic chicken sandwich there was one small piece of white lettuce to match the equally as pale slice of tomato. The pièce de résistance? The one, singular pickle slice. My son ordered "extra pickles" so he got two. I would have given one star, but gave an extra. Won't be stopping by for dinner. Will be going to Chick-fil-A or Raising Cane's from now on for my chicken sandwiches.

Hey, it's fast food. The burger seemed not as fresh as Wendy's claims to serve and the fries were meh. It was 12:30pm so I was surprised it was not fresh made.
