Haven’t gotten warm fries ever from this place my wife forgot to order ranch that came with meal and tried to add it once I got to the store lady tried to charge me 3$ for a cup of ranch only reason I wanted the ranch is because I knew my fries would be cold and that would at least make em taste better but it’s cool won’t be spending my money at this location again

We frequent this location and for the most part it's a good experience. However, today was a bit irritating. We had three combos and an order of tenders. Two fries were supposed to have extra seasoning. One combo had all mild flats. This is the one time I decided to not check the bag and head straight home. We live about 2 miles from this location. I get home to no seasoning at all on any of the fries and the mild sauce was spilled all over all 5 ranch cups and in the bottom of the bag. We will most likely still order here, but it will always be pickup with a thorough inspection EVERY time from now on.

Bad service.
I went to buy food and they did not give me my complete order I also ordered a large ranch and the did not give it to me.
I would have not minded to go back and pick up the rest of my order but when I called the lady just put me on hold for a really long to and never picked up.
I don’t recommend.

They hire whomever they can get for minimum wage. I called to place an order, after being put on hold then hung up on twice. They said they were too busy doing 'something' and cannot take an order.

I just ordered through the Wingstop website and paid $25 to get the wrong order. Im guessing the order went through DoorDash and I got delivered food from Logan’s roadhouse and that is not what I asked for. I need my food refunded or redelivered. You call this place and they don’t answer the phone or you get a message from Verizon saying the call can’t be completed. And because I ordered through the website I have no contact information for the DoorDash driver who gave me the wrong food. DoorDash really needs to stop letting people pick up 2 orders at a time because this is what happens!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to speak to a manager

Nashville town facility service LLC

I always have a great experience at this Wingstop location. The place is consistently clean, which is really important to me. Daniel is always super helpful and friendly every time I visit. He goes out of his way to make sure the customers are taken care of, and it really shows. Definitely recommend this location!

Do not order the lemon pepper wings. We ordered 20 of them and barely ate 3 of them they tasted so bad. Fries were OK. The other wing sauces we got were OK but not great.

Today I ordered takeout from Wingstop for the first time, and after eating, I’ve felt sick all night. Everything was awful. I got lemon pepper dry wings, but they were soggy and oily, just like the container. The fries tasted terrible, like they were old and burnt. I’m not usually one to complain about food, but I felt like I had to this time.
Hopefully, this was just a bad night and an unfortunate first experience.

The staff working today 9/8 did an amazing job. The store was busy and there was a bit of a wait, but the food was delicious and the staff was friendly.

This place is HORRENDOUS waited 60 minutes for original order they messed up a 10 piece wing flavor and came back to the store asked for them to re do it and it took another 40 minutes for them to make them, the manager got involved and delayed the wings from coming out HORRIBLE experience never coming here again.

I had a take out order today the service was okay i get home to eat and the food itself was good but my ranch was chunky almost as if there was cottage cheese in it. Made me stop eating. So sad:(
