I just ordered through the Wingstop website and paid $25 to get the wrong order. Im guessing the order went through DoorDash and I got delivered food from Logan’s roadhouse and that is not what I asked for. I need my food refunded or redelivered. You call this place and they don’t answer the phone or you get a message from Verizon saying the call can’t be completed. And because I ordered through the website I have no contact information for the DoorDash driver who gave me the wrong food. DoorDash really needs to stop letting people pick up 2 orders at a time because this is what happens!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to speak to a manager

I always have a great experience at this Wingstop location. The place is consistently clean, which is really important to me. Daniel is always super helpful and friendly every time I visit. He goes out of his way to make sure the customers are taken care of, and it really shows. Definitely recommend this location!

Do not order the lemon pepper wings. We ordered 20 of them and barely ate 3 of them they tasted so bad. Fries were OK. The other wing sauces we got were OK but not great.

Today I ordered takeout from Wingstop for the first time, and after eating, I’ve felt sick all night. Everything was awful. I got lemon pepper dry wings, but they were soggy and oily, just like the container. The fries tasted terrible, like they were old and burnt. I’m not usually one to complain about food, but I felt like I had to this time.
Hopefully, this was just a bad night and an unfortunate first experience.

The staff working today 9/8 did an amazing job. The store was busy and there was a bit of a wait, but the food was delicious and the staff was friendly.

This place is HORRENDOUS waited 60 minutes for original order they messed up a 10 piece wing flavor and came back to the store asked for them to re do it and it took another 40 minutes for them to make them, the manager got involved and delayed the wings from coming out HORRIBLE experience never coming here again.

I had a take out order today the service was okay i get home to eat and the food itself was good but my ranch was chunky almost as if there was cottage cheese in it. Made me stop eating. So sad:(

Walked in to pick up an Uber order and was quickly motioned away by someone with their hand before I had a chance to even do anything. After I explained I was told the order was stolen which seems to happen a lot at this location. Staff is terrible. Wait time terrible… just terrible.

I ordered a 10-piece wing and found them to be so-so. The sauce seemed to be thrown in haphazardly, and didn't cover the boneless wings properly. Additionally, the fries were cold and soggy. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food, and it seemed like the staff was struggling to keep things in order. I don't plan on returning.

this is absolutely outrageous. we order a meal that COMES with 3 sauces, but because we ordered ONLINE we were REFUSED RANCH. and then we were told we had to PAY for the ranch. the workers were SO RUDE. the workers were treating each other HORRIBLY. you shouldn’t have to order in person just to get ranch. this is the worst wingstop experience of my life. the atmosphere was hectic, everyone was treated horribly. i’m never coming to this location ever again.

All I have to say is attitude! They all have attitude every single one of them. Especially the manger. I asked for a refund since they got my order completely wrong and they want to give me attitude telling me that I’m in the wrong and that my order was correct when in fact, it was not. I asked for a refund on Tuesday and the manager told me it would take 2-3 business days. I look at my bank statement and it was taking out of my account. I called today and the manger gave me so much attitude “it takes 5 days”. Okay if it takes 5 days why wasn’t I told that the DAY OF! I will never be going back to this location AGAIN!

I adore wingstop. It is sometimes what keeps me going. Garlic Parmesan has been my regular craving and the ranch is to die for. HOWEVER, this location is unfortunately the worst when it comes to service. The attitude is horrendous. The wait times are really awful even for a tiny order. It is very unfortunate that a girl can’t even get her wing combo without being yelled at. Let me relay that the food is to die for. But the service… we could live without! Anyway, if this issue was to be fixed I’d go here daily and spent every dime here!!
