They serve BIG portions
That's a good thing but fried 🍚 need a bit more butter/oil.
Maybe they were busy . A bit more ingredients can enhance overall tastes of the food.

Legit the best restaurant ever imo. I get the same bowl every week and it always phenomenal. I literally look up into getting a yummy poki bowl throughout the week, Thats how good it is. The establishment is excellent!
