Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Last week I went to this location and not only was my food made incorrectly once but when I asked them to, please fix the order, it was made incorrectly twice. They were also out of Dr Pepper this evening and all of the employees had an attitude. Tonight I decided to give this location another try because everyone has bad days. Unfortunately, my order was made incorrectly again, we were not given any straws for the three meals I ordered and there was no ice in my son, sweet tea at all. At this point, it feels like the employees are just lazy and management is obviously not doing anything about it. I filed a complaint through the app the first time this happened and asked for someone from customer service or corporate to call me because I wanted a refund and it has now been over seven days and still no one has bothered contacting me. So at this point I feel like the best thing to do is leave a Google review in hopes that that will get someone’s attention. Zero out of 10 would not recommend this location

They forgot the fries

My all time favorite Zaxbys location!! The staff are so personable and helpful. The managers Jayli and Phillip are so wonderful and caring. The food is always good and the facility is super clean. One of the shift leads Shania (I think) was very attentive and helped me when my order was incorrect. 5/5 stars all around!!

Coming from up north we don’t have chicken this good. The strips and sauce were the best I’ve had. Try the regular and spicy Zaxby’s sauce with tenders.

Every time I go here the food tastes like it’s been sitting out for hours. Every other zaxbys I’ve been to has been 10/10. This place is so bad.

Do not order through uber eats in this place if you do not want to waste your money like it happened to me, nothing to do with what the description or the photo says, I spent $ 80, yesssssss $ 80, and only for what. They sent me two quesadillas and not six, two miniature breads and three chips, or I know everything in bad appearance that seemed like a purchase of I don't know like $ 30, wow, but $ 80 noooo lol they made me waste my money, I repeat do not buy in this place, just like in the establishment, do not go, they take a long time to bring you your order, and they make a mistake with the order because they bring you the one that is not yours or they bring you something that you did not order, conclusion, is having a bad day and wasting your money

I love coming to zaxby’s don’t get me wrong but the workers, well mainly the manager, makes me and multiple people never wanna spend money in this establishment ever again. a couple of months ago my team of 20 TEENAGE girls came in after a big game to celebrate together. i personally did not arrive until way after everyone but when i walked in everyone was talking and being very respectful for how many people were there. obviously with bigger crowds there is going to be more noise it’s just common sense. after everyone was done we made sure to clean up our mess and make the place better than we found it. however after some of the last people were leaving the manger stopped them and said she had contacted our coach because apparently we were overly loud and disrespectful to the workers. which is far from true. she also made up random things that we apparently said which those things would never come out of ours mouths. so after this me and two other teammates who had already left came back up with our coach on the phone and asked respectfully what was going on and what the issue was and she was overly rude and was making things up left and right and said something completely different from what she told the other girls and what she told our coach. the whole situation got handled until today when me and one of the teammates went back up there 6 MONTHS later to eat after our practice. as soon as we walk in we are greeted with dirty looks and instant trash talking from the manager who is a grown women. i am personally barley 17 and had nothing to do with the originally situation and the other girl is barley 16. for us to walk into an establishment to become a paying customers and have the manager who is a grown woman sit there and try to belittle us to not only one person but everyone in the entire establishment. i don’t think this is how any worker should act towards any customer no matter what they think. it isn’t very good work place manners and i don’t think this should be acceptable.

Greasy,

It’s mostly teenagers working here and they seem to all have attitudes and not care when an order is wrong.
I ordered grilled chicken and no bread, cause I’m gluten free, and they got it wrong. When I tried to knock on the door a worker got an attitude and said they were only doing drive through and wouldn’t help me. So I sat and waited in the drive through to get a new salad. I won’t be back. This location is terrible.

Horrible, food, service. Poor management and the salad was a wilted mess. Let's not forget the chicken was overcooked well past acceptable. Never Again!!!

they don’t give any sauce horrible customer support and when called don’t fix! order a full 41$ meal and was wrong barely wanted to give my drink with 4 MEALS!

Very few gluten free options. Soda machine was out of ice. None of the sauces were my cup of tea.

Food was hot and fresh. All 4 of us ate for less than $50. Youngest did not like the breading on the chicken, but thought the meat was great. I thought fries were overly salty. Would eat there again.
