Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Wings were good, but the sauces are very lackluster.

To start off I'm a black guy so I know chicken. The chicken was burnt. Simple. I've had better at churches chicken. IYKYK. Then they have the nerve to charge me 50cent extra for a sauce they didn't give me. Pathetic. DONT EAT HERE IF YOU LOVE CHICKEN. worst part is, there was a black guy on the grill. WHAT HAS THE CULTURE COME TO.

Not to bad I’d like to try some different stuff next time the best thing I tryd was the fry’d pickles the chicken was a little dry as well as the fryd cheese bites French fries could use some more seasoning toast was good didn’t care for the fry’d cheesecake bites at all and I thought the frozen lemonade was a little to sour for me but that just my personal taste i would like to try this place again and get some different sauces I didn’t care for the Zaxs sauce or the spicy one

I’m a regular customer at this particular location and it’s getting worse on my recent visits but this might be the worse one of them all. First of all Zaxbys cost too much to be messing up orders and not cooking your chicken all the way done. I ordered my usual wings and things and I got Buffalo garlic blaze sauce and fries. I get home and they put the wrong sauce on them? and the wings needed to be cooked longer because they were undercooked. This isn’t the first time the wings weren’t undercooked. ?They also don’t know how to count and gave me 4 wings instead of 5 and my fries and bread was cold not fresh at all. ? I don’t understand why they are rushing and put out a great product especially how expensive Zaxby is. I won’t be back in awhile or never.

Was excited to see the Asian Zalad back! Ordered that a Cobb Zalad and the Chicken Tacos. My Asian Zalad was tiny, like less than half the size of the Cobb Zalad. The egg roll was burnt. Every time they bring back the Asian Zalad I make sure to buy as many as I can. Very Disappointed in the quality and portion size of my Zalad.

We usually order for a large group every couple months. The food is always tasty, the employees are helpful, and the food is always ready at our designated pick up time.

Since when you have to pay for your dipping sauces and ketchup packets. The service was terrible. The cashier was talking to the kids in front of us. Not worried about taking peoples orders.
