I visited the drive thru when they were really busy and placed a pretty large order(family of 6). One of the items was missing but staff was excellent when I phoned in and were quick to resolve the issue. Hats off to the Smyrna Team ?

Let me start by saying I am not one to typically leave reviews. People and businesses have bad days and I understand that. But my last THREE visits have been comical. We have lived in the area and frequented this location for 3 years now and I’m not sure if they have recently acquired a new staff or just have a staff that’s burnt out and doesn’t care anymore. Recently our orders are always wrong, always missing sauces (even additional sauces they make sure to charge us for), and the staff is beyond rude. Apparently if you order more than one thing you inconvenience them in the drive through and they have the green light to be rude to you. Don’t ask for anything like extra napkins or straws at the window because they will act like you are throwing a wrench in their day by asking for these things.Absolutely disgusted at how the staff at this location treat people.

I got the new Asian salad with the egg rolls. The salad was messy. It was awful. It had too many things going on. The egg rolls looked over cooked. I did not enjoy at all, wasted money for me.

I went through the drive thru today and ordered three chicken tenders ONLY; I pull up to the window and paid for the order and asked for a Zax sauce. The worker advised that it be however much cents for it. Due to them trying to charge me for sauce that should’ve automatically came with the chicken strips…. I asked for a refund.It is such a ripoff, Chick Fil A WOULD NEVER treat their customers the way Zaxby’s do certain people.I live less than a mile from this location and will never return to this location.
Came with family and friends after church. Orders were taken quickly. Drink cups were given. Pulled together a few tables for our grot. Food orders were prepared quickly. Asked for dine in but given take out. Received what we needed for dine in. Food was hot and fresh for the Kitchen Sandwich Meal. Cobb salad was fresh. Dining area was clean and orderly. Staff was out cleaning and sweeping as tables were vacated. Good dinning experience.
