This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. This was a few months ago. I have not gone back nor will I.

We ordered three pizza and only one was correct. They gave us someone else’s pizza. When we called them about it they couldn’t care less about their mistake. They just said come back and we will give you the two correct pizzas. That’s 15 miles round trip and they wouldn’t remake the third pizza so we had two hot pizzas and one cold pizza. When my wife got back to the restaurant they had an attitude with her. It was like she made the mistake. When we finally had the correct pizza they were good. But the experience made this my last trip to this location. No offer of a discount or anything.

Absolutely ridiculous that I ordered ahead paid ahead and when I arrived they had already sent my order with someone else I had to wait for my order to be remade then still got home and did not get part of my order and the manager of course wanted to make it better with a brownie that does not fix the lack of accuracy and customer service they clearly they do not have

This place is horrible! Ordered over an hour and a half, called never answered. When finally picked up the manager woman had such a rude and hatful tone. This is the second time we have had issues the first time they asked us to come pick it up and it would be 10% off, still paid delivery fee and never got our 10% back.

Late at night with literally no other customers and they still couldn't make the pizza right. This is the 5th or 6th time our pizza's have been burned, not what we ordered or just wrong. The only positive thing I can say is that when they first opened the pizza's were good. Now they are awful. What changed. Hoping the franchise owner sees this and takes corrective action. This is beyond ridiculous!
Update! We did go back (unfortunately). Critical thinking skills are no where to be found at this establishment. It's worse now than it has ever been. I honestly don't know how they are staying open. FRANCHISE OWNER needs to reach out to us to get details - OR actually be on-site and witness these employees in action. It's like watching the Three Stooges. You have to see it to believe it. Unbelievable!

Dominoes has one of the worst apps for ordering, but the store is very good. The staff are always courteous and the pizza is always hot and tastes delicious. If you have a short patience like I do, just call to order. The pizza is worth a phone call, fixed fresh and quickly, and is priced very well. It's one of the best places in Somerville to stop for a quick bite to take home and enjoy.
I've had several different types of pizza here, but my favorite right now is the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. That is obviously sent by God for the betterment of mankind.

Placed an order, waited 40 minutes, called and they claimed it was on the way. I LIVE 2 MINUTES AWAY. Get a notification it was delivered. Waited another 15 minutes and called to cancel my order and refund. Absolutely awful service.
