First time here. Stopped on my way through while traveling! The food was excellent! My bean burrito was spicy, which isn't my thing, but it was so yummy I ate it anyway. The service was quick, and my server was friendly. Prices are very reasonable!! Even my daughter was happy and cleaned her plate. She even said she isn't sure she does have room for ice cream- a miracle has happened.

I’m We go on 1-22-24 we receive our food to look over on the wall and they have cockroaches crawling up the wall. After we let them know , They then go to rush us out of the restaurant and refuse to give me a receipt. Says they will discount our next meal? DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Beware on 1-22-24 we was in the restaurant, they had cockroaches crawling up their walls, we told the waitress and she acted like she couldn’t understand what we were saying, called back once manager came in and was told we could get a discount? Why would we wanna go back? If their is roaches on the walls there is roaches in the food and where the food is being cooked.!
My wife and I have eaten here numerous times but this last meal was just an excellent dinner. Pleasant service, too. We had Flautas Huasteca and Molecajete, an excellent meal, and their salsa is the best around....the iced tea was not all that great but few restaurants have good iced tea anymore, sadly.Have had Pollo Con Crema, Tacos Roc, Quesadillas, Taco Salads, Fajitas...all have been very good. Like any restaurant some meals are better on some days than others, but Cancun is as good as any other full service Mexican restaurant in Oakland. Be aware they now charge a fee for using a credit card.

Surprised the staff didnt attack me for not knowing spanish, Surprised they didnt ask if i was mexican and where i am from, i usually dont spend my money or time on mexican restaurants because the staff is rude and condescending as soon as you tell them you are from the U.S and only speak english. Which the staff is there to work not invade my personal life or personal choices. So i recommend this restaurant, the staff is cool amd very nice. The food is real good too.
