Stood in line at the counter for 5 minutes in a seemed to be fully staffed restaurant an employee walks by looked at me a kept walking that employee did not try to take me order nor did this employee tell/ask someone else to take my order so I eventually walked out. Never had this experience before at any fast food restaurant especially not a McDonald's. I used to work for McDonald's years ago and I treated customers with respect even if they only ordered a cup of waterMcDonald's in Somerville gets ????but the bathroom,lobby,parking lot was clean??

Most disgusting place ever hair in my food and employees are always fighting and being rude . They never wash the hands of themselves . It's never clean. This picture is literally the hair in it. And ever time i order somethings always wrong. I'm never eating here again.

I mean it's McDonald's what can you expect. Yes this restaurant is pretty clean and they're pretty friendly.. I usually only get breakfast here and it's always spot on the management in the morning is amazing..
