If I wanted just plain ice cream in a cup I'd go buy vanilla ice cream but don't get a blast , u get a clump of whatever on top of vanilla ice cream not one bit of mixing and then the guy taking out the trash hitting his vape then brought me my blast !

When I first moved here, they messed up my order three times in a row, to where I stopped going unless I'm getting like some cheesesticks or a shake. Tonight, I get out of the house and drive there to get some food, only to be told they're not accepting orders because they're are trying to catch up. That's my last time with this place, I'm done.

We order two ice creams from the app. 20 minutes later and still no ice creams. We tried to use the intercom to check on the order but they couldn’t hear us. We called and they sent someone out with an attitude. A few minutes later and we received our melted ice creams. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at any fast food restaurants. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Katye attitude stinks SO bad ! She make getting something to drink uncomfortable everytime ! I’m not her damn child and she shouldn’t talk to me like It because I’m not the one. If somerville had other options, I SURE wouldn’t be coming here for something to drink, but they don’t, so I have to settle for the stink attitudes everytime I come !
