Been a while since I had visited this specific establishment. 1 because of the workers 2 because of the cleanliness and 3 the quality of the food. I went in today and was to my surprise the food was fresh, facility was cleaned and updated and the 2 young ladies were nice and professional about their job.

I’m not sure what was wrong with the older lady with platinum silver hair but it’s hard enough dealing with the day as I’m sure it is the same for her but the attitude she had I wasn’t feeling it I’ve never walked out in any subway in my life but to keep from crashing out on her for the attitude she had I told her never mind

I ordered some avocado on my food and one of the women charged me $2. I questioned it and her coworker also questioned it. The coworker asked "when did avocado become $2?". She replied with "the price changed". That's funny because it's still $1 when I order from the app. And why do they keep closing early? I know one damn thing, I want my $1 back and that chick needs to be fired

Little white boy tells me he want put meat on bottom bun it's policy and he don't care if I like it or not. I go at least twice a week and they make it just like I ask not going back !

Aw man. Super disappointed in this Subway location. Staff all seem like they hate their jobs. To be fair, they probably do... but fake it til you make it baby! A smile goes a long way. The smell is horrendous upon entering. Will make you gag. Everything seems less than fresh, which is out of sorts for any other Subway I have ever entered. Just a disappointment all around. Despite living in Somerville, we have and will continue to make the trek to Oakland for Subway. The drive is worth it until this location can get its act together.
Parking: The parking lot is, in fact, quite small, but as the service and food are under par, the parking lot is always empty.
