This place is the bomb! My Mom asked me to bring home some carryout for supper. Luckily, I stopped at Floyd's. I ordered the Jerk Chicken and the Curried Shrimp. Both were fantastic!Authentic flavors. The chicken was smoky, juicy, and tender. It came with roasted cabbage, fried plantains, sweet bread, and beans & rice. Everything was cooked to perfection, with a homemade taste like you get at grandma's house. I tried the shrimp curry and it was equally flavorful. Walking out, I noticed the carryout bag had to weigh a good 3 lbs between the two dishes and so each dish is probably food enough for 2.Take the first right off westbound Hwy 72 and Floyd's is near the end of the ramp on the right. Low latitude vibes inside, with a friendly staff and rasta jams. I'll be back.

Such a cool place to eat! The most delicious food. We had the j*** pork and the shrimp curry and they were amazing. Go and try it, you will be going back again and again! We will!

Please don’t miss out on some great Jamaican cuisine tucked away almost out of sight. We would never have seen it if I had not been doing an internet search for places to eat in the area.When you walk in you are greeted warmly into a very clean, well maintained Jamaican atmosphere. The chef offered a sample of the goat and curry sauce before my husband decided on that for his meal. I had the j*** chicken. We both had the plates which came with rice, plantains, cabbage and fried dumplings. There wasn’t one thing that wasn’t perfectly seasoned. The meats were so tender and juicy. The owners were so friendly and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back for some oxtail. Sadly they had just sold their last plate before we came in. For the quality and portion sizes of food we received I would say the prices are low.

It was an awesome-place all -around. It’s a well-thought-out café with several tradt’l Jamaican menu items to choose from. My husband, children and I enjoyed everything we had and we would Highly recommend this place to Anyone! The atmosphere was impeccable as was the service, too!

From the sweet lady at the counter to the chef who really takes pride in his food, this place really can’t be beat. J*** chicken plate was the best I’ve had anywhere.

This hole in the wall was incredible. I love the j*** chicken. The cabbage was really good. My daughter ordered the curry shrimp, which was very flavorful. Let me not forget about the festival dumplings they were really good as well. The service was even better than the food. This is a must try. Overall, it was a great experience.
