Drive thru Service was exemplary - the woman at the window was super sweet! However, the food was not exemplary. I do not eat cheese Krystal burgers and both of mine had cheese. The tots were good, but not very hot. If they had been hot - perfection! The two burgers went straight in the trash - since I was already back on the highway exchanging was not an option. Disappointed and still hungry after eating tots.

We stopped here on our way down to Atlanta and everything was so great we stopped on the way back. Staff was very friendly, food was hot, restrooms were clean. Can't ask for much more. Will be a waypoint on our I-24 travels moving forward!

they always get my order wrong- its a common occurrence! had to wait 30 mins on fries to cook but everyone behind us got there food at a decent time frame- got unsweet tea instead of sweet tea! the staff/cashier was super sweet but the food itself need work!
Food was very good! Opened the door to restailurant and the smell was very bad. Broken knob on bathroom door as well as robe hook and the toilet seat.

Store is falling apart. Wall panels warped and coming off. The store is just nasty. All I do was stop to use the restroom and I was not impressed at all.
