I generally use the drive-thru at this location, so I really can’t speak to the atmosphere of the restaurant. I will say that the food is always good and made correctly. I have never had an issue with the quality of the food. I also like that they don’t try and trick you into getting cheese Krystals (that is a crime against humanity, btw). The only complaint I have, and it’s understandable because of how busy they are, is that this is not a quick stop. So please be sure to budget enough time. The wait is well worth it, however. The location is easily accessible, being located right off a major interstate, and it’s easily accessible from the opposite side of the road.

Too greasy, the burgers were completely soggy. Emjust threw the food away.
Drive thru Service was exemplary - the woman at the window was super sweet! However, the food was not exemplary. I do not eat cheese Krystal burgers and both of mine had cheese. The tots were good, but not very hot. If they had been hot - perfection! The two burgers went straight in the trash - since I was already back on the highway exchanging was not an option. Disappointed and still hungry after eating tots.

We stopped here on our way down to Atlanta and everything was so great we stopped on the way back. Staff was very friendly, food was hot, restrooms were clean. Can't ask for much more. Will be a waypoint on our I-24 travels moving forward!
