We ordered directly from Krystal through their app for delivery. The order was initially placed at 10:45 PM and said it would be delivered in 18 minutes. I put the hotel room number in the info section and I added a generous tip. I guess when the order goes through, it gets sent to Door Dash. When the info screen popped up after I clicked the link from the confirmation text message, the hotel room number was gone and so was the tip I had added. I added the hotel room back, but it would not let me adjust the tip. Well here it is well over an hour later and we don’t have the food. Krystal’s will not answer the phone and the ETA keeps changing on the Door Dash tracker. The order doesn’t even show as pending anymore on the Krystal’s app, but my bank account was charged. TERRIBLE!!!!!!
UPDATE: I received a notice that my order was finally cancelled at 2:37 AM!
It is 11/16 and my account still has not been refunded!

Man when I tell you, these people saved my life tonight white guy working the drive-through and a black lady thank the Lord they was closed and I walked up to the window out of my semi truck, and they serve me some food after being stuck at a shipper for 12 hours, trying to get loaded. These people show me real southern hospitality, and y’all deserve a raise. And may all my food hot or above and beyond is where they went.

This is by far one of the best that we have been to. If you need a special request, there is no hassle here, and they are nice. We wish all Krystal's were as kind.
Internet says they open at 6am Had open light on and friends in store. But yells tru the glass that we are close.

First, let me say this Krystal location probably makes the best Krystal burgers. Recently, I discovered they also make an exceptional milkshake. The problem is each time I have stopped by to order a milkshake the past month, I have been told the machine is down. If you’re not going to serve shakes in the future, please remove it from your menu.
