Yesterday 12/12/24, My wife and kids were at this Sonic location and the manager/supervisor on duty, I believe her name was Kristin, call the South Pittsburgh PD on my wife and a supposedly homeless man that she bought a meal for WITHOUT being asked by this person for anything not food, money, drink, cigarette, ride. NADA. Then today they try to deny stating the fact that there was a complaint from another patron at this restaurant which is a lie because why did the police officer come and ask my wife directly if the gentleman in question had asked her for anything. I'm not really big on the total giving part of Christmas but if somebody wants to buy somebody a meal without being solicited good on them. I personally would not have done it but it still boils down to its our money and we will spend it ever how I choose. If the ownership management employees or other patrons at this location don't like it then they know exactly where they can take their opinion and cram it. Furthermore they delayed the food delivery to this gentleman and my wife which constituted a cold unedible meal. The standard of service and care and professionalism and customer service absolutely suck on this occasion.

It truly is to have it your way . However, you can imagine a drink you got it. They just dont have pineapple flavor or mango . But I really enjoy the ppl and food any time of the day

We ordered ahead on the app & the process was super smooth. Our drinks & food were ready within 5 minutes of us letting them know were there. The order was 100% accurate & service was excellent. Restrooms were clean. Would definitely go back!

Kept pressing the button to order and no one would answer. Went to the other side and tried there thinking the previous stall was messed up. Still no answer. Waited around 15 to 20 min. Lots of people were giving up and leaving. Total waste of time and I won’t be back.

I know I had a big order and cheese isn't a big deal but I like to get exactly what I ordered especially when I literally paid $105 plus tip. Another reason for the low review is because I had 5 combos and a kids meal.. that is 6 drinks total. I was handed 4 big drinks in a cup holder and a kids drink. So I buzzed the red button to tell them I was missing a large coke. She came out there and insisted that she made 6 drinks while looking in my car. I simply said I'm sure you did but I only received 5. Likr I was hiding a large coke after spending over a hundred dollars.

I Got charged $6.99 for a Plain Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream and There's not even a Ice Cream Drink of any Kind that is even that Much. ? I Am very Disappointed with this

Standard Sonic atmosphere. But, this Sonic ranks #1 in food, service and restroom cleanliness when compared to all other Sonics I’ve visited in the last 10 years. It’s good enough that I look forward to it when traveling through the area.
