Spent $22 and got on the highway and my roastbeef sandwiches were cold. Didn’t have time to turnaround. They don’t care at the Arby’s in Sparta.

Just bought the steak nugget bowl. Steak was cold and tasted old. The Mac and cheese was barely cool. You can tell it was warmed in microwave. The crinkle fries were old tasting. 14.29 for the meal. I do not recommend.

Food was very good. We put in a mobile order thinking it would make things easier on the workers since it was a large order. We got our food about 21 mins past when it said it would be ready. When we did get it it was pretty accurate but we were missing a chicken sandwich. So we had to wait a bit longer for that. The front counter lady was nice but they were very overworked and there was one lady who was constantly complaining loudly about having to do mobile orders that kept coming in. I’m not sure how the mobile orders are more difficult than in store orders but either way customers shouldn’t have to be listening to them complain about working. I know it’s not an easy job but it stood out as pretty poor customer service. Spending $60 on an order as well.

For stopping in the middle of the afternoon, the seating area was dirty. A container that looked to be used to restock the ice machine was sitting by the beverage dispenser with a mixture of ice and water. Food and some trash was on the floor below several tables. Several tables needed to be cleaned. Both women's bathroom stalls needed the toilet paper restocked. It was not busy and the employees appeared to have plenty of time to take care of these tasks but we're not.

I ordered a Reuben and a large crinkle fries. The amount of fries I got was more like a medium. The Reuben was made with meat heavy on one side and sauerkraut lumped heavy on the other half. I suppose I should mention that the middle of the sandwich was perfect so as not to make the entire review negative. I'm not one to write reviews but the Reubens I get are always a mess. This the first time I've gotten stiffed on my side order though, so things are trending worse.

I went and got a milkshake from the Sparta location and was charged twice. I was told I had to call the number to get my money back. I said no that I need them to call the store manager. The manager on duty told me that she would say the same thing guess what she told him to give me money back but yet I didn’t get my money back. I had to call the number and it’s like pulling teeth to get anyone to do anything. Watch this place carefully a bunch teenagers that don’t know what their doing.
