When things are right, it's fine. When they aren't, you spend your money at your own risk. I have thought I had everything I ordered in the bag, gone home, waited on the familiar humans to arrive, only to find that that $10 combo was really just a large coke and fries. I feel like someone with a gambling addiction, continually getting fooled into thinking this time is different. But more times than not, I have thrown my money away just to find that sad truth well after any reasonable person would believe they shorted my order of an entire whopper. Just mine, my familiar humans eat fine. My own fault. Didn't physically SEE the 3rd one. FELT. My bad. Oh well, maybe in a couple of weeks when I save up some of that "throw away money" I'll try again. Luck's gotta change right?

More than 1/2 the time, they either mess up the order or the food quality is bad. I’ve submitted a review each time to customer service and they either credit or add points very responsive. However, this is the email I received for my last experience where I ordered off the app and picked up my order and there was no cheese on either sandwich after you drive away of course. I had to go back and go inside the restaurant again to correct. They fixed it but we’re very rude and never apologized. Check out this response from corporate after not addressing it in the store.

If you want to get your money stole , cussed at and told "i get off in an hour" n threaten to fight all because the managers ear hurt from doing her job. & decided to lie and say they close at 11 (I'm blind but I'm sure the sign says midnight)Boohoo. Ive worked fast food , customer service and after tonight. Karma is all i can say. Oh the manager I'm assuming thats who she was likes to call people the "R" word and other wonderful words.

To the manager. A chicken sandwich "made like a whopper" means to pls add the whopper ingredients. I've ordered it 3 times with luck, and tdy I finalize asked the young man, do you know what that means? He says no?!! Si why not ask?!!!

Dining room was clean and inviting ,the gentleman who took our order was very friendly,and the food was really good,a party of 4 and everyone said it was delicious.A very good meal.
I personally don’t eat much fast food but my husband does. Burger King is his favorite.

Asked for a chicken sandwich with no royal sauce and still proceeded to put it on my sandwich than I went back and ask them to remake it and the took it back and jus wiped the royal sauce off the top of the bun I’m allergic to the royal sauce here and will not be coming back!!

First time using the app to place an order for my food. I live 15 minutes away and even after that drive when I got here my food still was not ready. Currently sitting in my car at the window waiting for my food. It’s been 30 mins. Order was placed at 6:18 and it’s now 7:05 and I’m still sitting here waiting!
