I will not be back here! On 1/1/2026 around 4 pm the so called manager was very rude and unprofessional. She was not helping her newly hired coworkers out, instead she was just standing around barking orders and being very disrespectful to her new hire by not treating him appropriately. Waited 35 minutes just so they could sell out of what we ordered. Took a family’s order first and served them first after we had already ordered ours first. Kept our money and when confronted, told us to leave.

I love Dunkin ,but not this one! I've been there 3x and have gotten tepid coffees twice,that is unexceptable! Dunkin coffee is not cheap,and I refuse to pay for tepid coffees! Dunkin really need to hire better help ! They are not too smart!

I ordered the loaded hashbrowns with extra cheese - and twice now you’ve NOT added extra cheese. I even questioned the girl at the window as she handed me my food. She says “it should have extra cheese”. You are correct! It SHOULD HAVE as I PAID FOR THAT. But once again Sparta Dunkin you failed to get the order right.

A very modern version of a Dunkin’. The bathroom was clean. We watched other customers wait a bit for their orders to be prepared. A bit chaotic behind the counter.
