We lived in Arizona in the heart of Mexican food. We absolutely have experienced everything from garbage Mexican food to the most homemade abuelas Mexican food around. This place absolutely has some of the best Mexican food we have ever had and if you are looking for a taste of authentic Mexican food this is where you want to go.
Best location of them all! My plate looked like a magazine photo! Peppers and onions were cooked perfectly! Mild crunch with a soft touch! Pedro was our waiter and was great, fast and friendly!
This is the best Mexican food restaurant in Sparta, if not in all of upper Cumberland. The food is always fresh, served fast and hot. They always have amazing customer service. I would highly suggest coming here for Mexican food.

This is not the same El Tapatio I grew up on. The food there is often bland, cold, and disappointing anymore. This used to be my favorite place to eat and it's sad to see how far downhill it has gone over the last 2 years. There is absolutely nothing authentic about this food anymore and it is sad because this restaurant used to be the best of the best at one point.
