Random find and pleasantly surprised. Excellent Reuben for me with respectable amount of meat and sauerkraut on fresh Rye and spouse had a cheese steak, that was very tasty, seasoned to perfection. We each had a side and took the easy way out, I got tots and she got fries. They were cooked perfectly crispy outside, soft inside AND not greasy. Although not on our travel path but we will be back. Service by Kristian was very attentive. Plus the price was good. Frank's checked all the right boxes.

Great little family owned bar and grill! Food was really good! Drinks were great also. We had a Philly cheesesteak and a BLT which were both very good !! I LOVE their onion rings and ranch! Very friendly staff and will definitely be back!

First time visit was ok, but don't sit in main bar when it's cold. West wind blows in every door opened. Second time I showed up, 5pm on a Sunday (sign and web says closed at 9pm). People were walking out, and I could see people inside plus the Open sign was on. When I got to the door it was locked. People inside were staring at me like I was stupid. I'd say it's locals only... and they can have it.
Uobeat casual place to eat. Food and service are great. Music is playing in tandem with tvs (with TV volume down.) It would be helpful to have closed captions on the tvs to know what is not able to be heard.
