be honest with good customer service. we saw the sign outside for 12 pc dark meat, 3 sides, biscuits and 1/2 gal. tea. so we walk in order the exact same thing. Markus says that will be $56.37. i said wow isn't that a little high. according to him and his manager Dee, you only get the special if you specifically use that word when you order. i even looked at my ticket and went back and discussed with manager. she stated it was corporate policy that you don't get the special...read full review
