Was in there at 4:45 today and got to hear one of the cooks (bearded kid with brown hair) talking about how he hates all white people and how racism wouldn’t exist if there were no white people. I might add he looked pretty white himself. Left on the spot. Won’t return, don’t recommend anyone eats here.

Saw a worker smoking in the bathroom, not sure about his name, but he had a red beanie on. I think it’s very unprofessional to have an employee doing this so openly. Do better Mcdonald’s!!!! There are children who go there.

I had a breakfast mobile order. I arrived 12 minutes before breakfast was cut off the time. it was my turn at the drive-through. they refused to do my order even though I’ve already checked in and have been there in line for 13minutes! So apparently, when you check in on your app, when you arrive at the restaurant, they do not start making your food! So what is the point of the app I will never return to this restaurant!

The don't clean the tables. Also 3rd time I've been here and they refuse to replace the Dr Pepper until morning.
If you want Dr Pepper then go to Cookeville I guess
The place was busy, but also was unkept, trash over flowing, debris on tables and on the floor, Food was cold es6rhe fried, but it took so long to get it I didn't want to wait again, maybe we will pass up on this McDonald's next time through.

They usually get you in fast but when ordering on the app there always seems to be an issue. I think it’s more the app than the store. The app needs to be more streamlined

Took over 20 minutes to get my food. Took someone else about 30 minutes to get his food. Very disappointed how fast this fast food restaurant was. 😕
