SUCH GREAT SALADS, the best in Sparta! Very clean!! Great choices!! The owners are friendly! We love it! The mountain snows are wonderful as well! Spartas hidden gem!

Everyone of the workers are very nice and great at their jobs. The owners are amazing people who run their business well! The snow cones are better than anywhere else around!!!!!

It looks tiny on the outside, but it is a salad oasis in a sea of plenty of bad options. So happy with the quality, and especially how clean and stocked the salad bar was. This was my first visit, and if I’m in Sparta again, it won’t be my last.

Stopped by for the first time today for salad craving. Recommended by a friend. The little place was clean , the salad bar had ample fresh veggies and toppings, plus eggs, ham, and grilled chicken. I filled my takeout box with enough for 2 big servings with crackers and dressing for just under $10.00. it was delicious and I'll be back
