We placed our order at 9 pm at 10:18pm I called and I was told they cancelled my order because they didn't have a door dash driver and no one came to pick it up, no one called to inform us of this we waited over an hour for food that wasn't coming this is twice this has happened, I'm done with Papa John's

If you want the food in a timely manner (in the time they quote), find another pizza place to order from. Our order took an additional 30 minutes from the time it said it would be done. Additionally, the app never updated to let you know where they were in the process.

Pizza was not cut all the way. It took me over 5 minutes just to finally be acknowledged by the staff, which caused my pizza to get cold. I got home and there were no sauces when I specifically ordered extra sauces. I would have thought a pizza place would be on their A game for a Friday night. I am really disappointed and probably won't return to this location.

Just Don't. I read the reviews and stupidly went ahead and ordered, giving the benefit of a doubt. If you want the order correct, timely and complete...go somewhere else. They are either extremely short staffed or don't care. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes after they said it would be ready, gave the wrong wings and failed to provide the additional dipping sauces we ordered and paid for. Do yourself a favor, go to Wal-Mart and grab a pizza to bake...

Said a couple times That all I have 50.00 And when Pizza was delivered It was cold and the delivery driver Said all they had was 25.00 in Change I will not order again from papa john's

I want to start with: I NEVER post reviews on restaurants. AND: We are usually very happy with Sparta’s Papa John’s. But not last night.. Our order was on its way, when the driver called to inform us that our cheese sticks didn’t make it in her car and she’d have to go back to get them. So, then it took 20mins for us to receive our order and of course the pizza was starting to go cold. But the cheese sticks the driver went back for… ended up being the most poorly put together “cheese” bread/ sticks I’ve ever seen. I just couldn’t believe the driver didn’t check them after going back for them. We call to complain and they give us $4 in papa John’s credit. Couldn’t even cover the entire cost of the cheese bread.
Pizza and chicken with blue cheese dressing. Ordered online. It said it would be 63 minutes, I wanted to cancel because it usually takes less than 30 minutes and I was hungry. Then it popped up door dash was gonna deliver in around 30 minutes. It took 1 hour an 2 minutes. Pizza was Luke warm at best, the chicken had no flavor and they didn't have my blue cheese dressing. They didn't have the food in a carrier to keep it hot . It will be years before I eat at papas again and I will never use door dash. This is my first bad review of anywhere but it was all around bad. The food and delivery.,

I make an online order, something on the order they are out of so I receive a call letting me know I then request a credit. Then my wife calls to the store to add something and when they tell her to place a new order and pay a second delivery fee she says never mind I will not add on. An employee requests takes this as the whole order needs to be voided.
