They cancel your order when they want to leave early. The excuse was the lights are off and my ovens are off. I drove by and the lights were on and when I called back there automated system even said they were open. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered 2 hours ago and called 8 times for someone to answer the phone and no one would answer and then when my driver got here they told her they lost it that they weren’t going to answer the phone anymore, the driver apologized for it but it wasn’t her fault it’s unprofessional for the manager to not even answer the phone I have never had this happen I even tried calling after I got my food and didn’t even get everything I ordered and all I ordered was a 1 pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks and sauces on the side

I order my food around 6:20 after almost an hour I called and asked about my order he said it just got picked up to delivery that was around 7:30 pm and the person who was supposed to deliver still not here and its already 8:15 never again I will oder front this pizza place. I rather go to Little Caesar.
We placed our order at 9 pm at 10:18pm I called and I was told they cancelled my order because they didn't have a door dash driver and no one came to pick it up, no one called to inform us of this we waited over an hour for food that wasn't coming this is twice this has happened, I'm done with Papa John's

If you want the food in a timely manner (in the time they quote), find another pizza place to order from. Our order took an additional 30 minutes from the time it said it would be done. Additionally, the app never updated to let you know where they were in the process.

Pizza was not cut all the way. It took me over 5 minutes just to finally be acknowledged by the staff, which caused my pizza to get cold. I got home and there were no sauces when I specifically ordered extra sauces. I would have thought a pizza place would be on their A game for a Friday night. I am really disappointed and probably won't return to this location.
