Ordered pizza at 4 pm , app stated pizza should be delivered at 4:36. At 5pm pizza still not delivered. I called and was told pizzas left at 4:45. delivery person should be here in 15 to 20 minutes, there are 3 orders in the same car.

They did a great job on the remodel but apparently they changed the food. It was DEFiNITELy better before the remodel…not sure what changed, but it was NOT for the better

Order large pans. Received hand toss. Toppings were slim as well as the cheese being slim. Pizza Hut is our go to but looks like Little Ceasars will be getting our business soon. At least there you get a true deep dish and plenty of toppings and cheese.
Come on Pizza Hut. Step back up and do what ya do best. Yall the original Pan pizza. Start showing yourself. Btw. Who cares about Tavern Style Pizza. Anyone can do that.

Might call 10 minutes after you place your order and make sure they have everything in the oven at this location. Second time I've called in a order and didn't have my full order. Had to wait 7-8 more minutes. Don't really care about time but employees should make sure to get orders right.

Great food & great service. It's rare to find a dine-in Pizza Hut restaurant, so this was a gem to find.

The Sparta Pizza Hut has fallen far over the past few years. Only 2 people were working during our visit. It was just after 11am when we decided to eat here. The lunch buffet was empty and only one table was occupied. This used to be a sit down restaurant with servers and a full staff. Maybe it was just a slow day but the lady working told us to order at the counter when we were ready like a fast food joint. The worker was very friendly and prompt with our order. Just sad to see a business that used to stay full of customers and plenty of staff go down to almost nothing. The food is decent for the price but the drinks were watery. Hopefully they will get better soon.
Ordered online. Delivery driver forgot my drink and my pizza smelled like cigarette smoke. I called pizza hut and they didn't really care and tried giving me door dash number. I didn't order thru door dash. I would think they would care if their delivery driver forgot stuff or contaminated your food with smoke smell. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again.

Went into this Pizza Hut and will NOT ever go into it AGAIN. I went in waited to someone to show me where to sit and found out by a VERY NASTY girl you order first and then sit down. I was trying to find out when did they start doing that and she just got NASTY about it. Yes, I KNOW some pizza hut's no longer have salad bar and all you can eat pizza bar (cause of Covid) BUT she kept telling me about the manger or assistant manger coming in this Pizza hut and she was working at walmart BUT came back to pizza hut to work and the manger came in on a day she wasn't working walked in and just went to set down and she watched everyone. Then the manger told the employes to just put stuff on their covered bar and let customers get the sauces or whatever themselves. I'm standing there thinking OK WHAT does this have to do with anything. I just wanted to know WHY I'm having to order at the counter and not at a table. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? The poor guy in front of me when I came in had to bag his own order that he had just paid for and still he couldn't get everything in the bag. WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? Chairs on tables I think because of leak in roof and bags of trash in the back room just sitting there. (NO it wasn't NO WHERE closing time.) Sure want catch me or my family ever coming back to this pizza hut AND the NASTY GIRL needed to stay AT WALMART.

The store is not technically open for inside dining. The tables are available, but they just give you paper plates and disposable cups when you sit down to eat. The servers are great. They do what they can to help you out and make sure that you are happy and satisfied. The food tastes okay. I don't know who decided that marinara. Was a good idea to put as a base on Hawaiian pizza. But they should not be allowed to make food recipes.The online ordering system needs a lot of work. It is not very clear whether you are ordering. Carry upon completing my order. I had found that I had accidentally placed a carry out. Order the staff at my store was able to help me. Switch it over to delivery with 0 issue.
