I wasn't going to do this but I have thought about it so much and I hate to give bad reviews unless it is completely necessary. I came in here to pick up my food and when I walked in the door I said hello and the cashier just looked at me. I'm standing there waiting for him to say something and he's just looking at the computer and then finally looks up at me as if I'm bothering him or wasting his time. Instead of asking me what he can do for me he just gives me a look and raises his eyebrow basically that was his way of asking me what I'm here for. I said I have a online order and he still says zero words to me hands me my order and walks away. Very rude and unprofessional. If you hate your job find a new one.

We ate at the one in Sparta TN. Its been a really long time since I've been to one and I found it so good or maybe we were just really hungry. The pizza was cheesy and the bread sticks were yummy.

They serve raw pizza and breadsticks at this location. The cheese is barely melted and the bread and pizza are not cooked all way. Gross

Ordered delivery. First the app stated that my order would be delivered about 25 minutes after I placed my order. Then when that time came up I got a notification that a doordasher would be delivering my order. Found this to be odd. The door dasher didn’t even pick up my order until 15 mins after it was to be originally delivered then it took him another 20 minutes to deliver it. I only live 8 minutes from the store. I would have gotten it myself yet couldn’t due to having knee surgery. When I opened the boxes the pizzas were lukewarm at best and smashed to one side. When I called to complain I was told that my card would be credited back for my order. Here it is 4 days after the order and it has not been. Plus they sent my a coupon for a free pizza since it was delivered late. Yet when I went to use it today it said it was not available even though it was to be good till 1/28/25. Needless to say I will never use Pizza Hut again

Ordered pizza at 4 pm , app stated pizza should be delivered at 4:36. At 5pm pizza still not delivered. I called and was told pizzas left at 4:45. delivery person should be here in 15 to 20 minutes, there are 3 orders in the same car.

They did a great job on the remodel but apparently they changed the food. It was DEFiNITELy better before the remodel…not sure what changed, but it was NOT for the better

Order large pans. Received hand toss. Toppings were slim as well as the cheese being slim. Pizza Hut is our go to but looks like Little Ceasars will be getting our business soon. At least there you get a true deep dish and plenty of toppings and cheese.
Come on Pizza Hut. Step back up and do what ya do best. Yall the original Pan pizza. Start showing yourself. Btw. Who cares about Tavern Style Pizza. Anyone can do that.
