I've been eating here about once every paycheck for about 5 years. I'm ashamed it took me so long to think to leave a review.
The staff is friendly and remembers you after only a couple of times. The food isn't perfect because it tastes like something your mom made for you, which kinda makes it perfect in a different way. I've never had my order made incorrectly due to the attentive staff. The prices and portions are perfect for every member of my family. They will even customize orders if it's within their power.
They should toast their burger buns but, that will not stop my support even if they don't.

we drove from mcminville to try Jack's top BBQ and it did not disappoint. we had the burgers and fries and Gracie was a fantastic server. we will definitely be back

Stopped in with my family if 7 after a quick internet search for good lunch spots other than chains and fast food. We were not disappointed!!!

We were disappointed in the food. EVERYTHING was cold. The chicken had no season whatsoever. The fried okra and tater tots was cold and hard.
