They are always willing to make my son's burger like the #7 burger . He wont eat it any other way. Always smiling when coming up to the car ! Would recommend this place to eat if you re in a hurry. They are pretty quick about getting your food out !

I have eat at countless Sonic’s in the Knoxville area since moving there 8 years ago. They are one of the worst of anywhere I have been. Sparta sonic is in a league of its own! It never fails to be fresh and there is no comparison in quality of the food between Knoxville sonic and Sparta. Hats off to you guys here at Sparta.
