They could try putting the food together instead of just slinging it into containers. It would also help if they give you what you ordered. Food was cold

This morning I went to this sonic, I ordered and waited. When the carhop came out with my order she was apologizing for the time it took. She stated that there was only her and one more person working. I told her it was fine no problem. Gave her a tip got my food and left. Let me just be honest here for a second. The food I got today was better than anytime I have got food before. Everything was fresh and packed nice and neat, my burger was well put together not falling off the bun. So today I had the BEST experience at sonic even though there was only 2 people working they did a AMAZING job with the orders they were getting. If 2 people can do it why can’t 6-8 people do it? They wanted to take care of there customers….

Where do I start? I have been going to sonic since it opened back in the early eighties in Sparta and I am just about ready to call it quits.....why do you never answer the phone in th mornings? I would like to save time and nit have to wait...and when you get there only a handful of cars so what is the problem? poor customer service... the app doesnt work for Sparta location and depends on what day and who in there whether they honor it or not for the specials.... but my biggest complaint is how long it takes them to answer the red button....I waited 9 minutes to order with 5 cars there..5...if it wasnt for me picking up for someone I would not have waited....thus us absolutely the worse service I have had anywhere in a long time....bill west you need to address these issues as I am not the only person who has complaints

Nothing special about this Sonic. Burgers are usually heated up and dry. At times you get lucky and will get hot fries. But the ice cream is very good and I love the strawberry milk shake and Strawberry Lime Aid.

This is by far the wost sonics I've been to. they won't even let you finish speaking before giving you a total and moving on... you pay for a large cone they upcharge for it and still give you the same size.... several times now we've gotten food that seems like its been sitting somewhere which is odd because they always seem busy.... i asked fot a footlong with mustard ketchup only and got a footlong with chili, mustard and ketchup lol the replacement was super over cooked. ive twice now paid for a large cone and got the same size as regular. multiple times ive had to rehit the button to speak to someone to finish order because they rush to total.... or what else what else before i can even get another word out to say what else is wanted. just very poor service/training at this one

PLEASE update your microphones for when people order and turn down the music if you can’t hear customers, it gets really annoying having to pretty much yell at the person thats taking the order and have them get annoyed and be rude just because the the quality of their headphones & microphones suck

Ive always got the biscuits here. Ever since you changed the ‘biscuit’ it’s awful. The biscuit is always soaked in ‘oil’, it’s small, and has like 3 eggs on it which takes over the biscuit. It taste terrible. The price is way off for the quality of this biscuit. Very disappointed.

We're addicted to Sonic and get it locally at least weekly (usually twice). We stopped to grab lunch on our way to Crossville and this location could use some lessons from the Rutherford County. They forgot to put the ketchup and mustard we asked for in the bag and didn't make the chicken wrap plain thought the receipt was correct. No napkins were bagged either but thankfully I keep a roll of paper towels in my vehicle. The delivery took much longer than usual as well. We stop here whenever we're in the area, and usually don't have these problems, s we're trusting they were short-staffed or just having an off day.

Love love love Sonic in Sparta, TN for a quick milkshake run. They have after hours half price shakes which make it an awesome place to go. Their strawberry and strawberry cheesecake milkshakes are the best around. Time your trip closer to the eight o clock time and just a few minutes after, as it gets really packed for the 1/2 price sale. One of our families favorite local places to go.

Just thankful to get a diet strawberry limeade our sonic is closed and we are having with drawls

With with 2 oldest grandkids they have something to satisfy everyone all day

Yeah, not one of my favorites...actually not even on my list of maybe's....but the kids like it, soo once in a while I go...simply to reaffirm why its not on my list.

$2.50 for this? A hot fudge sundae used to be 3X this size for $2.50...what happened? I can get one 2X this size at McDonald's for $1.00! Sonic, you sure dropped the ball on this one! Everything else is good (I hope still)
