Everything that I ordered last week was absolutely delicious! The scones were just perfect and the pastries and sourdough bread were delicious as always! Sparta is very blessed to have this special little Bakery!
Not your typical overly sugared choices.This is quality over quantity,so happy to have this in Sparta.If there is any problem it's that the word is getting out,so selection is not always full,but I'm glad they choose quality over production .

Everything we have tried has been absolutely delicious! Super fresh, high quality ingredients and not overly sweet. Reminds me of European pastries.
Love to see their friendly, smiling faces and of course, the baked goods!
Beautiful, clean building too.
