Another hidden gem. I was surprised at the quality of coffee at this place. I mean not to take away from Sparta but I was not expecting a top tier quality coffee shop sitting in downtown. I was suspicious when I first saw all the reviews. However, the coffee is incredible, the breakfast Sandwiches are next to ton, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Plus, the environment is a great place to get some work done. Amazing place.

We were heading out of town for a girls trip and stumbled upon The Coffee Collective, and I’m so glad we did! Nestled in a charming downtown area, this spot not only boasts a cozy atmosphere but also has an incredibly friendly staff that makes you feel right at home.
The place was buzzing with activity, which is always a good sign, and after tasting the food and coffee, I completely understand why it’s so popular! Each of us enjoyed our meals, and the coffee was simply divine. A few of us even live within driving distance and are already planning our return visit!

Very cute downtown coffee house with reasonable prices and coffee that isn't over flavored with sugar. Love the second floor and space the shop has. Food, depending on what you get is really good. The items made fresh taste much better than the prepared.

I walked in and was greeted by the musical stylings of Lou Reed and some absolutely gorgeous decorations. It was no facade though. I had a delicious bagel sandwich made with possibly the freshest spinach and tomatoes I’ve ever had. The berry white latte is a must have. My wife can vouch for the smores latte and the banana nutella waffles. On top of all of this the staff were pleasant and helpful. Service was also expedient. I know why everyone talks about this place now!
