I don't drink coffee or tea, so I'm not typically drawn to coffee shops. I do go to some, as my teen adores trying all types of hot teas. He loves their selection, so we go there often. I've been ordering their hot chocolate and to say I have been pleasantly surprised is an understatement. It's rich, well balanced and not so hot it burns. I have tried hot chocolates around the world and for years, I've given up on finding any good ones in Tennessee. Most places make flat, boring drinks.. people swear by Starbucks, but theirs tastes like chocolate flavored water, it's so bad I can finish it. This, though, is what it's supposed to be and in other parts of the country, I'd be paying twice as much for this beautiful drink. We've tried some of their food here and there, it seems fine. Unfortunately, it's out of our price range to get very often.

This place is a hidden gem. The coffee is amazing. It is honestly the best coffee I have had since I left Australia 4 years ago. We just moved here from Florida a few weeks back and it’s mostly inundated with Starbucks and average coffee shops there. This place roasts their own beans which you can also purchase to take home. The sandwiches are also delicious. And the staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Food is really good! Drove from Cookeville to get a sandwich or salad. They state they close their kitchen at 3pm. Nowhere does it state that, not on their website, not on their Facebook page, not on their door. Leaving this review in hopes other that are coming 35 minutes from Cookeville see this and aren’t surprised and disappointed like I was.

Came for Gelato. Their machine was broken. ? So, I ordered a pastry to go. It took them quite a while to package up one little pastry, (which was outlandishly priced at 10 bucks for a 2 inch disk.)
