Another hidden gem. I was surprised at the quality of coffee at this place. I mean not to take away from Sparta but I was not expecting a top tier quality coffee shop sitting in downtown. I was suspicious when I first saw all the reviews. However, the coffee is incredible, the breakfast Sandwiches are next to ton, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Plus, the environment is a great place to get some work done. Amazing place.

Yeah this is a great hometown cozy business and if You want a good place to go and enjoy Your own cozy corner & space or meet up with a good old friend to catch up, this is the place to go, be sure You check out their Rueben’s, blueberry danish & lattes. #coffee #delicious #rueben

We were heading out of town for a girls trip and stumbled upon The Coffee Collective, and I’m so glad we did! Nestled in a charming downtown area, this spot not only boasts a cozy atmosphere but also has an incredibly friendly staff that makes you feel right at home.
