Christmas Eve to keep from cooking so much we decided to just grab a bite. Called to make sure they were open and they told us yes we sure are. Get there and find sure they were open, but Literally had nothing. One white bread and some other whole grain (which is fine) but also had nothing to choose from meat wise just turkey, and some not so good looking tuna. Which all this is fine, but my complaints are why not tell us hey yes were open, but we are extremely limited in what we have. Then seem bothered when we even ask. Needless to say, after making the 20 minute drive to get a sub sandwich, to find out hey subway pretty much is out of everything once again and having to drive back home and cook anyhow. Not the 1st time this same kinda thing has happened (no meats or breads) or show up to a closed store during open hours. Or seem really bothered to be asked to make a sandwich, then make it as skimpy as possible. Really Aggravating.. hate leaving a poor review but this is my last straw. Im hungry and aggravated.

Stopped to get lunch while on a road trip. Live a couple of hours away so this was not my first time stopping here. Usually have great service and overall great experience. Extremely slow service(which I generally don't mind) but the second the employee touched her glasses and then her face twice with gloves on while making sandwiches, I had to leave without ordering.

Place was new so I'll give them 5 stars for that. My Subway Club however was terrible. I always order the S Club as for me it is tried and true and I always get it with the same topping and such. My bread was almost to the point of being burnt as it was hard, not sure if they had water in their vinegar bottle or not because it added no flavor to my sandwich. The lettuce was old and was starting to turn brown (even mentioned that to the sandwich maker and she just laughed---they actually had another container that had fresh lettuce and she didn't use it), I had my sandwich toasted and the cheese on the sandwich wasn't even melted! Obviously, she hasn't been trained properly, or she just doesn't care about the customers. I ate what I could as I was hungry so left without a saying anything to the Store Owner/Manager. Will not be back. Oh, as I stated, I order the exact same sandwich with same ole toppings and it doesn't matter which state or which store I go to, my sandwiches have ALWAYS tasted the same, but not this time.

The food was good. However, the service could have been improved. There were 2 people working, the person who started our order asked the other to finish. The second then took care of a drive through order and both left us standing and waiting for our order to be finished.
I just wanted to say the employee who was working 6-9-24 @5:50pm you were the sweetest person. Your customer service game was on point. Management should appreciate her. Good job.
