They are supposed to open at 8am. I waited until 8:30 and they still haven't opened. The girl inside is shaking her head no we're still closed.

Kyra and Kylie helped me once again and these two ladies have it together. I worked for Subway 20 years ago and they would definitely be able to hang then. Get these ladies a raise!!!

Really... You're really going to take away black olives? So tell me what options we get lettuce or tomatoes? How exciting... don't cheap on ingredients it is not a good plan.

Place was new so I'll give them 5 stars for that. My Subway Club however was terrible. I always order the S Club as for me it is tried and true and I always get it with the same topping and such. My bread was almost to the point of being burnt as it was hard, not sure if they had water in their vinegar bottle or not because it added no flavor to my sandwich. The lettuce was old and was starting to turn brown (even mentioned that to the sandwich maker and she just laughed---they actually had another container that had fresh lettuce and she didn't use it), I had my sandwich toasted and the cheese on the sandwich wasn't even melted! Obviously, she hasn't been trained properly, or she just doesn't care about the customers. I ate what I could as I was hungry so left without a saying anything to the Store Owner/Manager. Will not be back. Oh, as I stated, I order the exact same sandwich with same ole toppings and it doesn't matter which state or which store I go to, my sandwiches have ALWAYS tasted the same, but not this time.

The food was good. However, the service could have been improved. There were 2 people working, the person who started our order asked the other to finish. The second then took care of a drive through order and both left us standing and waiting for our order to be finished.

We have ordered pick up twice. Neither time has it been curbside and someone usually takes the reserved spot.
Parking: 4 on a good day. Curbside spot is always taken by dine in customers.

Who posts on a Subway they stop at? Not me. Usually. I stopped through with the kids heading back to Kentucky and stopped off at the Subway in Spencer. Hands down the nicest, friendliest, and CLEANEST Subway I have been too. Keep it up!
