I ordered the sampler plate which was to include 2 chicken strips, however what I received was a few slivers of chicken. I questioned it and showed them the picture on their menu, but was told that’s how they cook it. I asked for another piece of chicken to equal what I should have received. I waited 45 minutes and they finally brought me small pieces of chopped chicken (grilled not fried). I asked for my bill and to my disbelief, they charged me $6.50 for the chicken that was 45 minutes late, and not even a chicken tender. I won’t go back there!

Chips was stale waited 10 minutes for my drink and waited 15 for my order and another 20 to serve food had to ask for refill, had to ask for utensils to eat with and napkins, worse service ever won't come back to much neglect of customer service for me.

Boast and a huge toast for Ayala's Grill 327 Front St. Springcity TN 37381 ( I really hope I tagged the right one). I was working a night shift as an agency nurse in Spring City and of course we had nurses not show up and call out. My partner called around trying to find somewhere that delivered because I forgot my food at home. Felicia from Ayala's offered to bring me food. Her daughter works in the ER and is in nursing school, and when Zach told her I was a nurse stuck in the trenches unable to get food she insisted to bring me something. She showed up with the most delicious salad, and even more than that her demeanor was just everything I needed. I tried tipping her extra, and she was not having it. I begged and she just said, absolutely not. The shift was going down hill fast, and I was ready to cry multiple times, but she shows up with amazing food and such a warm heart. She reminded me of my mom in so many ways, and I can see why her daughter wants to pursue nursing. Growing up with a person who goes out of their way to provide a random act of kindness always seem to have a way to make their kindness exceed their grasp. I wish the best for her daughter, and I hope we cross paths again! I will HIGHLY recommend this place, and stop on my way into this facility every chance I get. If you can, go by and tell her how incredible she is!

Purchased Dinner $38 (curbside) when I opened it only had one hard taco, and my tamale was totally full of this white stuff. I proceeded to call and complain about said issues, and I called for 3 days on the hour and could not get through phone just rang as if they shut ringer off. Mad, upset, humility beyond. No I did not recieve a refund or correct meal
