18 hours agoNEW Never again! Service was slow. When we got our food we were told that it was incorrect because the cook was in a mood. This was repeated several times throughout our experience. After getting the receipt we noticed it was because the waitress didn't enter it correctly. Although she did eventually bring us a plate to pick off the things we had specifically said we didn't want. It took forever to get everything we had ordered because they kept forgetting. Very unprofessional all around. The tacos, rice, and beans didn't taste right. The kicker came with a bite into half raw shrimp. At that point, I got up to find the waitress and get our check. The dish with half raw shrimp was taken off. We left and will never go back. Hoping we don't all get food poisoning. But judging by the awful aftertaste in my mouth....

The facilities are usually messy and I've had issues with servers changing the tip amount on me after I left. A lot of the food is bland but their chicken and rice is fantastic. Unfortunately I have a severe pea allergy and the dish comes on rice which already has vegetables mixed in and they have no option for substitutes. A lot of the staff is great so that's a plus, but can't say I'd recommend this place to anyone

Front window claims "2 for 1 house Margaritas!" Menu has margaritas and mixed drinks. I went to order a margarita and got told they only have beer. Ordered chori-pollo and it came out watery. Almost like they boil the chicken ahead of time and put chorizo on it right before serving. Plate was hot. Food not so much. Cheese dip was almost one big chunk. It was all over a very disappointing meal. Place wasn't super clean but wasn't super dirty.

The food here was absolutely delicious. It was very flavorful and the portions were worth the money. Our waiter was on the ball, even though he was covering most, if not all tables. I highly recommend Ayala's Springcity location

My rating is 0! Bathroom was filthy and garbage over flowing with garbage. Wait staff no mask, salt and pepper shakers on tables and dirty! I used my disinfectant to wipe anything I touched or would have touched.
The food did not come up to our expectations.the fajita was not close to hot enough.my wife's chimichanga. was not as good as the competition .And I want go into the salad.Then they charged 3 different gratuity fees.And all of our food was on the same ticket.The fees were $9.09 and $8.18 and$6.82. Then we didn't know we were being charged a gratuitous fee so we left a $5.00 tip of our own.So I don't recommend anyone to eat there.

I took my mother here for lunch today and the staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was tasty and the drinks were reasonably priced and no skimping on the liquor. Thanks! I'll definitely be back.
