Ordered 2 Big Breakfasts. One had a potato BOARD that was absolutely so hard and cold that we suspect it was placed in the bag as a prank! Unable to reach ANYONE there by phone to complain. Also tried calling the gas station. They don't answer either. WARNING: This location has absolutely NO Quality Assurance!

Went inside and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes without an employee coming out aside from the two employees (maybe?) on break that were in the lobby with me. I was the only customer in the restaurant. The kiosks were broken and I got tired of waiting for an employee, so I ordered on my app while standing at the counter. About 15 minutes later my food was still not out, still no employees came out. I went to the counter and made eye contact with an employee in the back and they were just walking around, still didn’t say anything to me. Finally got an employees attention and asked about my food, it was already done and just sitting in the back. There was also another customer waiting for their order to be taken at this point, I told them she was waiting and an employee just walked past me into the gas station and rolled his eyes. 0/10

Literally JUST got home with my food and I just got two muffins and some hotcakes, nothing complicated and there was a SINGULAR truck in front and somehow they didn't give us any syrup 😐 literally how

Food is always cold, never right and always tastes old and takes forever for your food to be given to you. Some of the employees are nice but some are just down right rude and honestly need to consider different career paths. The dining room usually has a funny odor and there's not much seating. Overall would rate 0 star if I could but that's not an option and would NOT recommend anyone to eat there. Not worth the time
This place is always so slow and this morning we got an egg that was green in the middle. We called and said it was normal? I don’t get it. Update: I tried it again. I regret it. They forgot the happy meal and blamed it on us. Got home again and checked our bag and they forgot the double cheeseburger. I called and she said we should double check our stuff and send the whole bag back so they can check it. They should double check themselves. It’s not our job to check it they should know how to read.

The order got send to this location on accident. I walked in and asked if they still had it. She took a bag a food, screamed someone's name, and walked out. A few minutes later she comes back and tells me I have to go to the location it was sent to and I tell her it was this one. And asked if they still had it again. She goes in the back and then comes out and asks me for the order number. I check my phone and it's no longer showing the code. So I tell her. She takes my phone out of my hand and does something before handing it back and running off again. She asks if i had ice cream. I say yes, she complains that it has to be remade. And says it was made thirty minutes again and something else I couldn't hear because she was muttering. Remakes the ice cream, I ask for my drinks. She says they're right there. I show her the bag, she gets me one drink. Dissappear. I grab the cups myself after about 10 minutes. Didnt get spoins for the mcflurriesTerrible experience. I was not rude in any way and did not deserve to be yelled at over a minor inconvenience and a relatively common issue. Also smells like a dump.
