Every time I come here even if I put in the order ahead of time it’s always 1-2 hours of waiting on food I would say they prioritize their drive thru but I don’t even think they do that at this point, I don’t know if they just don’t hire anyone or what’s happening but every time it’s a long wait for cold food. I just got my food and y’all really filled my large fry up only half way and gave my family attitude for no reason just cause you forgot the drinks and we let you know we got drinks.

On 05/31/24 I pulled into drive through at 10:45pm sat at menu for 7 min with no response, decided to pull around to 1st window (takes payment),(Manger walked out of office looking directly at me) 2 cars in front of me I got up to 2nd window at 11:04pm they clearly seen me prior to cars in front of me being served, sat there for 10 min (was trying to talk to manager) I must of been invisible because EVERYONE acted as I wasn't there. I will be contacting District.

Ordered at drive-thru. Total was $25.58. Paid the 58 cents with cash. Told them to put the $25.00 on the card. I get home to discover that they had charged my card $25.28! Yes, it's ONLY 28 cents. But, if you want to stay in business, you don't overcharge anybody by any amount! Theft is theft!

If this is the McDonald's in spring city. Then my message is to the blond manager that killed my son with the drugs she gave him. I hope you meet an end thats painful and long. To the person who gave her the position to do so. I hope the same for you. I believe her name was Missy or Melissa. I'll be posting this to every McDonald'
The order was correct, but the food was all bad. Fries and chicken nuggets cold, and not room temp but like cold, cold. It was an hour and a half after lunch started they must have had it all just sitting out, not being kept warm or fresh. Childs happy meal cheese burger was hanging half off the bun, with the burger wrapped up in the paper folded over the bread. This kind of food and service is VERY typical. It is also overpriced... same take out meal is 3+ dollars cheaper in Dayton.
