The soda tasted like soap, ordered a big chessey with no lettuce, onion, tomato, or burger sauce and it came packed with all that stuff. The wrapper the burger came in was absolutely was soggy and disgusting, do better.

Ordered Gyro meal with curly fries, the He/her, wasn't friendly and was outside hanging out upon arrival, afterwards I was approached and asked what can I get you. When I got my curly fries it was stumbles no...Curls at all! So I took them back and asked for fries, it took at least 15min. Sadd that my favorite restaurant isn't the same.

Went late one evening and the staff were excellent and the food exceedingly fresh! It was so nice to see this in fast food and I love the options that isn't just a burger and fries.

When you order food and you tell them what you are ordering 3 times and you still get found things. They don’t even listen to you I ask for no salt fries and got salt and they were cold. This was first time in.

Second time. My granddaughter went in to order and they acted like she was not standing at the counter. When they finally waited on her 3 cars had went thur the drive thur. I finally went in and the older lady behind the counter said a whole bunch of other orders were before her. Knew it could not be because of the length of time I had been waiting. She first told me I would have to wait,I told her to give me my money back and she then got my food. It doesn’t matter that she was young girl at the counter wait on her like you would an adult standing there.

Waited for 15-20 minutes for service inside. The whole staff were more worried about drive-thru and online orders, than the customers stand in front of them. Hadn't been to an Arby's in over a year, was craving it. But if this is the service you provid, we will never come back. By the way no one greeted me either nor say be with you as soon as possible.

Sat in drive-through for 17 minutes(Only one car ahead of me)…. Fries were ice cold (I live Two minutes away)and the bun was burnt. I will not return!

I was just there today and was met with the best service I’ve experienced at any fast food business in a long time. The man that took my order and spoke to me at the window was so kind and had the most phenomenal customer service. I’m not one to normally leave a review but the food was great and the employee/ manager completely made my day.

I don't know what you expect?

The curly fries are great, you can't go wrong with any combo of meat and bun woth horsey sauce. (except chicken... Arby's is not a place for chicken, i mean the chicken is fine, it's not bad, but its like ordering salmon at a steak house. It's just... ... morally wrong)
