By far the worst franchise of a B &R , consistently out of the most popular flavors. The store never looks clean, very disappointing for the Brand to be managed and owned so badly.

Not managed well. Their team isn't trained on how to fulfill online orders. They don't even know how to look up an order in their system. We ordered and paid online for prepacked ice cream for pick up. We went to pick up and they didn't have anything ready, they weren't able to look up the order, they had no idea what we were talking about, and they didn't even have one of the flavors we ordered. Then they said they didn't have a way to refund us. Online it says in order to cancel and order you just contact that shop. So, now we are talking in circles trying to get our money back for an order they did not fill.

We went to this Baskin Robbins based on the terrible reviews that it has. Literally, that’s why we went. Amazingly, it lived up to the billing. Our favorite review was “2 scoops of disappointment” and the first 2 ice creams we tried to order….they didn’t have them. No waffle cones, but there was a waffle cone machine. I guess it wasn’t working either. We overheard the door dasher saying “this is the worst ice cream place I’ve ever been”. Set your expectations extremely low, but for purely entertainment purposes, I highly recommend going.

Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The girl that answered was beyond rude. I called to confirm that they had received the order I placed online on Baskin-Robbins.com for this location (and have an order number and screenshot) and the girl said they don’t accept online orders. Funny how I could place the order ONLINE and pay for it though? Then, I proceeded to say I would like to cancel the order and to look up my order number and she repeated what she already said without helping in any way. She spoke down to a paying customer multiple times and should be fired immediately, as should her incompetent manager. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They have a 2.8 for a reason.

I went through the Drive-thru on yesterday, and ordered a triple scoop, the guy Dakota gave me the kiddie scoop in a kiddie cup for $8.22 and said thats the right cup and price. I requested a refund, which he couldn't do, told me to call back today when the manager was there. I called back, she (Melissa) would not come to the phone, saying she leaves at 4pm, and I have to be there before she leaves, which is impossible do to me working in Nashville. They were very rude and ugly, even after never having ice cream.

Had this icecream cake made fir my step daughter for her 10th birthday, it turned out amazing! She lived it. It was priced great on time no issues. Picked it up with no issues everyone was really nice!

My daughter turned two this past week, and I wanted something a little different as a dessert to celebrate her. I ran into Baskin Robbins, and the gentleman inside was super helpful. They had over 10 different kinds of prepaid ice cream cakes with different themes/patterns. I grabbed a chocolate chip ice cream cake, and I was NOT disappointed. It was big enough to have leftovers, and it tasted wonderful. I think from now on I will be getting an ice cream over a regular cake! Bonus was the pricing was extremely fair and affordable.
