Decided to eat something we don't have in columbia while in Springhill for a dr visit. Bo bites old and cold mash potatoes old and Cold. I even got desert and it was cold. Wasted my money April 2nd at 245pm.

Just when you thought fast food service couldn't get any worse at Bojangles they proved me wrong. 4 star score on food because we had to wait almost 25 minutes in the drive thru for a tenders meal so it should have been good. Stopped in at Port Royal and told to pull around the back of the building while we waited should be 2-3 minutes and 25 minutes later, we had to pull around front go inside to get one meal and still waited 10-15 minutes. Definitely will never choose this location again as a drive thu alternative.

Waited 45 minutes for food in an empty building without any customers. After 45 minutes, still didn’t get food. Was told it was going to be a few more minutes. Had employee refund me my money and left.

A simple "I'll be with you in a moment" or "good morning" goes a long way. The service in this restaurant has gone down. If you just want to be stared at but not greeted or helped go to this location. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I want to give a huge shout out to Ari and Madi!!!! We ordered pick-up through door dash in 11-09-2025, when my husband came through the Drive-Thru he was greeted with spunk and optimism!!! That is a rare find for any fast food establishment!!!! When he got to the window, he was greeted with a smile and a little sass, he said it was the best experience he's had at Bojangles thus far. When he came home he told me about his experience at this location and I had to give a huge shout out to these two girls because not only was the guest service on point, the food was impeccable!!! So shout out to the whole crew!!!! My daughter kept saying her tummy was so happy at the end of the day!!!

Twice in a month my order has been shorted at the Spring Hill store. The first time I was told they were out of thighs. All I got were small legs. This time I ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner but when I got home it only had 2 pieces. Called to talk to someone who said they were the manager, but all he could do was ask me to drive back across town to get the missing piece of chicken. When I asked for a refund he said only his boss could do that. I asked for the boss’s name but he could only give me a first name because he didn’t know her last name and said she only came in on random days and times. He refused to forward a message to her. I got online and left a request to be contacted, but now 3 days later I have heard nothing. Sad excuse for customer service.

The employees were so sweet today and gave my sweet puppy a piece of bacon in the drive through ?and ofc the food is always great!
