The Brunch Collective in Spring Hill, Tennessee is nothing short of phenomenal. Every dish is bursting with fresh, vibrant flavor, and the fact that so much of the menu is locally sourced makes it even more special. The owners, Jeff and Pam, greet you like an old friend the moment you arrive, and their warmth sets the tone for an experience that feels both welcoming and unforgettable. The food has that bright, California-inspired flair while still embracing the heart and soul of true Tennessee hospitality. It’s the kind of place you’ll find yourself dreaming about long after you leave , so much so that we happily drive all the way from Florida just to enjoy it. If you’re anywhere within 100 miles, make plans to go. This is not just a brunch spot; it’s a destination.

My friends and I are from the UK and spent just over 2 weeks travelling around the USA. This was definitely the best brunch place we found. The venue, decor and tablewear were adorable. The owners were helpful and lovely too. Most importantly, the food and drinks were delicious. You could taste the love that went into it and that they were using real ingredients. I am sad that I will never have the breakfast burrito and hazelnut latte again. Also loved the range of hot sauces❤️

Walked in today, just to get turned right around and told to walk back out and place my order at my table outside. Even though I was already standing at the front desk.
There is a reason that we go in to order instead of doing it on the QR code.
Without fail, every time the coffee comes out tasting worse. When you place your coffee order online here, you have to select all the syrups and flavors and everything that you want, including the number of pumps. We are not baristas, we don’t know how many pumps of each to choose to make it taste good.
$56 this morning for two people to eat, and I was thoroughly unimpressed. This is likely my last time there.

We recently went to The Brunch Collective and we had a great experience. We appreciate that they do not use seed oils in their cooking and the food was very tasty.
We had positive interactions with both owners, Josh and Pamela.
But, I might as well talk about the elephant in the room....we almost didn't go because of some of the responses from the owner to the negative reviews, but I am glad that we didn't allow that to stop us because honestly, that was not our experience at all. So, I'd encourage you to give it a try and if you have any issues at all, bring it up to them....in person, they truly seem like great people and I believe they would want to make it right.

The service, french toast, and strawberry matcha were all great. Props to the team for being kind and helpful as it was our first time here. Unfortunately the strawberry danish was very disappointing for being nearly $6. It seemed store bought and was tiny. I had asked for it warm and it certainly was not. The espresso shot was very watery, as they likely don't grind the espresso finely enough. The parking lot is atrocious. Tight spacing, so no room to turn around. Massive dip in parking lot severely scraped the bottom of our vehicle. The lot was the last straw for us. Honestly can't recommend.
Edit: To clarify, as of the owner's response, we had two food items and two drinks. Half of what we received was disappointing, so we left a review stating such, even if it was a little negatively skewed. However, If reviews are not the source for constructive criticism, what is? To imply I left dishonest feedback is wildly inaccurate. It's my policy to always be kind and courteous to staff, and to base a review off of what is presented to me. There is likely nothing your staff could have done about the danish, as even warming it up wouldn't change the quality of it, and forcing your staff to pull another espresso shot seemed redundant, as that would not likely come back any different. I am amending my review to be 3 stars, however, as my wife told me she truly did enjoy what was served to her, and that does matter.

French toast is amazing and not like other places. Owner is very cool and nice. The staff was also great. I think the ordering system is a rough, but there are other ways to order.
I think if they went the full breakfast route at a certain time in the morning they would definitely give other breakfast places some serious competition. It was really good.
I wish nothing but the best and I am happy that we have a place like this in Spring Hill!

Our go-to brunch spot! The food is always top quality, fresh, and flavorful. We come almost every week and it never disappoints!
Food was AMAZING
ordering was rough, had to scan a QR code and then put in my cell phone number to receive a pin code. It would not send me a pin code so after several attempts I just used my friends phone… adding my credit card store stored my credit card information on my friends account …There must be a better way!
There is not a traditional host or server. After waiting 10 minutes someone checked our table to see how we’re doing, I asked for Water. They pointed out that it was self serve… That would be really good to know upfront or maybe a little sign at the table?
The cups are in the 6 to 8 ounce range & are the see-through cheap plastic type… very odd to me
Before food arrived, we were asked to move tables to accommodate a larger group, I was happy to do so (this could have been avoided with a good host)
The person who asked us to move did so in a rude manner and seemed to be offended that The two of us were taking up a table accommodated for more people.
The whole experience was weird,
Let’s get to the good stuff: the sourdough breakfast sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had! The sourdough they use is on par with the best bread I’ve ever had. $16 for the sandwich, one dollar for an online fee, Tax, and you’re expected to tip before you receive any service. That becomes a very expensive sandwich…
Was it worth it? I believe so :)
I edited my typo that mentioned licking a table… I’m leaving the line here so the response from the owner will make more sense. Love your sense of humor!
