I ordered from the STOCKBRIDGE GA location earlier this week and opted to not save my credit card. I went to place an order today using a gift card I had received and their system automatically processed the payment using my credit card which is allegedly not saved in their system. When I called to cancel the charge the manager talked over me & nearly yelled at me that there wasn’t anything no they could do about it because my card is not saved so she doesn’t know how it was charged. After more of her cutting me off she cancelled the order and pretty much told me she didn’t know how long it would take for me to get my money back. That it will probably be a long time. I asked her who I need to speak to, if she can provide a corporate number or the department that handles the online payments. She seemed to set the phone down without saying a word and after waiting several minutes I ultimately disconnected with not even an apology. This is a very untrustworthy company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Using this company’s payment platform is a huge security risk.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Their food is so good and it was a great place to go. We got the hibachi burrito and the Nashville fries and they were amazing! Also got their love chips and they were out of this world good! Yall need to go try this place! So excited to have them here in Spring Hill! Amazing staff as well!

Food was so good service was nice! Place is very clean staff is very friendly smiles and says hello when coming inside. Very open and clean decorated nicely not over the top! Burritos are amazing! FILLING!! The love chips are delicious!! One of my favorite places to go!
Vegetarian options: You can make anything vegetarian if you wish. So it’s pretty versatile!
Dietary restrictions: They have a vegetarian option. You can do dairy free. They will change gloves if asked. Very accommodating and open!
Parking: Open parking lot with plenty of spaces.
Kid-friendliness: It’s not to busy or crazy and kids are welcomed.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s very easy to get around in and outside of the food establishment

Friendly lady at the front helped me with two burritos the way I needed them, let me note that these are 2-3 times bigger then chipotle, definitely the best place around for a burrito I suggest this over anywhere in town!
