We had a wonderful time on June 25, 2025 when our Minister took our Bible Class to love ❤️ on one our newest converts because of a season ending injury he sustained in football 🏈 practice for the Spring Hill High School Raiders! The food was great! The service was excellent! Shout out to Renn our waitress who was at our every beckon call! She made sure we were well taken care of💕 Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for a wonderful night!👍🏽

First bad experience we've had at this BWW. We ordered a large cheese curds, did not seem large. (We order these often). Then, the wings were DROWNED in sauce. And for me (admittedly, a wimp) every single one was WAY too spicy. I got the mild, garlic parm, Asian zing, and Thai curry. Immediately lit me up. Husband (who does eat spicy food) agreed with my assessment. He also added that it was too salty. (He's not a picky eater).
All of our flats had lots of feathers on them. (I'm a chicken farmer. I know that chickens have feathers. This was neglect of quality control).
No carrots and celery with our wings (we asked, and it is on the receipt)
We ordered a large fries, and it barely covered the bottom of the tray.
I don't blame our server. The kitchen was the most of our problem.
Also, Someone threw up in the bathroom sink.

If you want to go to dinner with family or friends and not eat together, this is the place for you. I had no idea buffalo wild wings had a "hot 'n ready" menu and that it takes 30 minutes to get an order of 15 wings. Now I know and that's not my kinda of dinner with my son, we was treated respectfully when I brought up my concerns and the manager discounted the bill even though I did not ask for that, but I'll pass on another trip to Buffalo Wild Wings in Spring Hill.

I'm still sitting in the restaurant as I write this cause I have been here an hour and my wife's food still has not come out. Mine did and is now cold cause it would be rude as hell to eat in front of her. It's been 3 yrs since I last ate at this location cause it was absolutely horrible then and I see not a damn thing has changed. This place would be better off closing and letting a real restaurant take its place!!!
Update: I will say when it came time to pay the bill the sweet server took it upon herself to get the bill discounted. At no point did a manager ever come out and apologize to any tables, and for that it will be way longer than 3 years before the next time I come here again.

Late celebration of my birthday with my family. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and our waitress was great and very attentive!
Kid-friendliness: My son really enjoyed being able to watch multiple games at the same time.
The server we had was amazing but the food was over cooked, tasteless and over priced, the audio was so loud we couldnt have a conversation during lunch. We will not be back.

We were sat down by the host outside as we requested and two waitresses were in the patio with tables and they attended two tables that got here after us and didn’t acknowledge us. They got their drinks and appetizers. It took about 25 minutes for a waitress to come finally to us to get our drinks after I complained twice. We did not get an apology for the wait or a greeting we just got asked if we got sat here by the host here. The guy who brought us our food was very sweet! We normally get great service here but this is unacceptable.

Order 20 piece wings and fries for pickup. Wings were mediocre and the fries were missing. Called and requested to speak with a manager and was told they were unavailable to resolve my issue but I was welcome to drive 30 minutes back to the store to get the fries. Plenty of better options. Will not return.

Sat down for 10 minutes at a table. Had 2 different waitresses tell me theyd be right with me. Watched them both have completely unnecessary and extended conversations with customers at surrounding tables. Got up and left. Theres no reason a customer who is seated should wait more than 2 minutes to at least get a drink.
