Ordered 10 wing lunch combo with the app and only got 9 wings.

UPDATE. Gave them another chance and ordered take out again. My 10 piece boneless came out to 6 normal size wings and 3 tiny wings. I just want the amount of wings I paid for. Won’t be back.

Just had this experience. Very disappointed when we walk in and sit at a table for an extended amount of time and no one would wait on us. The excuse given by the manager was that they were down servers but all the servers were covering their tables and some right next to us! We still were not given any attention. Do not give excuses! Fix it! Will not go back.

My husband and I came up here at 9:55 (closes at 1am) for some food and drinks. Didn’t get greeted, waiting 20 mins and no one said anything so we left. MULTIPLE servers ignored us and continued with their lives. Lmao, I wouldn’t even waste my time there

The quality at this place has gone down the gutter faster than it did during covid. Maybe 10% of the boneless wings had sauce on them and I literally only got 4 mozeralla sticks with no cheese! Do yourself a favor and stay away from the place, clearly the management has no clue how to hire competent people.

Forgot sauces, wanted me to bring the food back to the store for a refund. I ordered 2 things and it still wasn’t right. I took my food back to Spring Hill from Columbia for my refund. I would eat elsewhere. Customer service doesn’t exist here

Currently sitting in the restaurant and was just told tickets are running 30-40 longer than normal. For my online order that was placed at 6:50pm with an expected pickup of 7:30, i did not receive until 7:55. Ask me if was an apology or anything comped? I’ve worked in the food industry and you are supposed to make things like this right with the customer. I gave bww a try again only because of the deals but they have not been worth the headache at this location. Also i asked for wedges and i feel like these are the bottom of the bag wedges, they are wedge crumbs

Went on a business lunch with my corporate boss..it took a while to get our food as there was some kind of mix up in the kitchen. It wasn't busy at the time..I know things happen though. The server was nice and took care of us ..food was hot and fresh. Wings were really good .
