A surprise visit from my sons meant a trip to BWW. I had the new mushroom and swiss burger, and let me tell you...it was seriously one of the best burgers I have had in a very long time. The addition of the parmesan garlic sauce (which is my favorite wing sauce at BWW) was a genius choice...props to whoever made that call.

This review is mostly for Joseph. Awesome server. I don't even want to go if he isn't working. The food is always great also. Anytime I'm in the mood for wings the Chipotle BBQ dry rub at BWW is my go to!

Out of the group I got to choose where we ate! I ordered boneless wings with sauce on the side. My food was lukewarm. The "wings" were 90% cold hard breading! McDonald's chicken nuggets are better than this. Anyhow I'm highly disappointed in the quality of food they are serving. Atmosphere and service were average however the food gets 0 out of 5 because I couldn't even eat it. So why didn't I complain? I had family from out of town that took us out, I don't want to be that jackass that complains, that's why I'm putting my opinion here! Thanks for reading this, have a good day!

First I won’t go into detail too much but I was disappointed with my service today, but honestly Jessica the manager needs a raise and then some! Her customer service skills are outstanding! She’s got a calm demeanor and went above and beyond. She deserves more than recognition from me! I appreciate her and I wish more people followed in her foot steps
My experience was less than subpar. Service was terrible and the food could have been better. Our server seemed like she didn't like her job. We barely even seen her since the first time she took our order. We were sitted in the bar area, but wasn't an excuse. She didn’t check on us more than once. My friend food come out cold and it was the first one to come out. My second friend received his food ten minutes after the first one. My food was delivered last by 20 to 25 minutes after everyone else received their food. I was ready to walk out/pay for the partical order handed to me by a different server. In fact, all of the food sent to our table was delivered by three different people. I had expected more from the establishment especially since I have heard great things about the location and atmosphere. This is what bother me the most: my friend who is a military veteran and ask if the establishment provided military discount; didnt receive his discount on his check. I will not be returning here anytime soon.

BBW in Spring Hill has gone down hill. Went in and only 3 tables were sat. They told us a 20 minute wait, food was dry and not great.

Food is okay. Service was good but pricing was not accurate. Was overcharged for drink and dessert. I was charged more for those items than what was listed on the app or on the menu in the restaurant. Was contacted by management that I would be refunded the difference and it never happened.Update: It has been 14 days and no refund even after being contacted from local restaurant.
