My son and I went through drive-through this evening and he ordered a double whopper meal and I ordered the original chicken sandwich meal. We went home to eat. I took one bite of my sandwich and knew something was wrong. I removed the top bun to reveal a smidge of mayo, and maybe a sprinkle of old lettuce. This is a very sad excuse for a sandwich and not good at all the little lettuce that is on that is very sour and I can’t even eat the rest of the sandwich nor do I want to.

Their fries used to be kinda soggy but they must have changed the cooking method or something because they’re so good now

I visited the Burger King at 4883 Port Royal Rd, Spring Hill, TN and waited over 8+ minutes for just 1 individual burger. The staff was loudly talking, laughing, and goofing off instead of helping customers. The night manager was also participating in the behavior. Very unprofessional service and poor management. My wife and I will never go there again. This was their 3d strike for us!

Picked up dinner yesterday for the whole family, and all of us got sick from it. You really need to make sure your products are not expired, the whopper was awful and you could taste the bad lettuce and I'm not sure if it was the meat or the mayo that was bad too.
Had food from you two times prior and it was good, now Im concerned you are not paying attention to the products that are sold to the customers.

To be honest… calling this place a “fast food” chain is a stretch. Not sure what’s been going on with this location but it’s seemed like it’s been taking longer and longer to get food each time I’ve been there. Last time I went to this location they were not handing out food through the window. They were having everyone go wait in the parking lot for their food. Despite there being no one else in line except me and one other vehicle that was behind me in line. Took over 20 minutes to get my food. Like I’ve said, not sure what’s been going on at this location but something definitely needs to be done to fix the wait times.

This location close at 12p.m on Friday nights but I have been sitting at the intercom & window since 11:30 P.M trying to pick up a door dash order & no one has come to see what I need . Might as well change the hours if you’re going to close the store down early .

Stopped by here for the first time in a long time the other day. The little chicken wraps were amazing and fresh. But most of all the employees at the windows were super nice and courteous. Kudos!
