When I went to pick up my food they had me pull up because it wasn’t ready and after some time a girl comes up with my food and shoves it almost through my window . I tell her thank you anyway and she just walks off . Fries were not fresh , didn’t get my sauce nor a straw for drink , and my food order was made incorrectly. Never complain but pretty disappointing.

My last 3 orders something went wrong. Mobile orders every time I do a inside pickup And one person asked me if I had been helped and then they walk off and check the screen but never came back to let me know when or if my order was being made. 5 min. Later another person asked me if I've been helped and I say I'm not sure they look up my order and tell me it wasn't put in and they will start my order so it has been 30m minutes to pick up A Mobile order this isn't ok

I love Chick-fil-a but this is not a good location. They really need to move to a better location to be able to accommodate the amount of people. The dine in experience is too small and the parking lot not large enough with drive through. Surprisingly, I have had to go through the drive through a second time because my order was incorrect. Usually Chick-fil-a staff is above average but this location falls short. Seems they need a more involved general manager or franchise owner.

Absolutely worst one around.
They can’t get something like a breakfast burrito correct. It’s not hard. Would come back everyday and order if they did but they don’t. Asked to speak to the operator and Eli refused. This is supposed to have egg on it too. This happens every time. They are either tiny or the tortilla is hard from being old. They need to get it together.
The second and 3rd photos are what I can get from the Franklin location everyday. They get it right 100% of the time and they are consistent. Please go take lessons.

I used doordash. Food was pretty good, my sandwich was a bit on the drier side so I suspect it’s older. However my main complaint comes with the sweet tea. Everytime I order it, I get sick and nauseous. My brother also complained about the same problem as he had a large sweet tea as well. I think they probably have a mold problem as tea is super susceptible to that..
I went in the other night to order an ice cold sweet tea and man alive, that sweet tea was ice cold and hit the spot. Whatever sugar they put in that tea sure is swell. The ice level is perfect, it didn't all melt and when I finished my ice cold sweet tea, I was able to chew on the delectable ice at the bottom of my styrofoam cup. Woo hoo go styrofoam! Shoutout to Asa Baker, he did so good. He in fact made my ice cold sweet tea. His service was so good and he had a smile on his face. He's a hard worker and I just wanted to give him a shoutout!

The best Chick-fil-A around! Employees are awesome and the food is fresh and served hot. Really want to recognize all the staff and management that make it a great place where you as a customer can count on consistency with their food and service which is hard to find in fast food these days!
I typically love Chick-Fil-a but we got breakfast from this location recently. I hope I caught them on a bad day because I was 2 chicken minis in before my tummy started gurgling. My daughter felt the same thing. Our stomachs were upset for the rest of the day. I'm assuming that they don't change their grease out frequently enough and this caused us to get sick.
