It never fails every time I come here I always have an issue they always give me someone else’s order or I’m dealing with rude people! And that’s saying a lot with Chick-fil-A but I don’t know what it is that people think that they’re better than Anyone else! I’m officially done coming here I have given it a chance that chance after chance even the manager has belittled me! I literally had to stop the entire wine and park in the middle of the damn road just to go back and get a straw because I was already running late and did not have time to go back through the line just to get a straw🤦🏼♀️ I don’t understand what it is or why it’s always every time that I come that there’s something that goes wrong!

I was disappointed that waffle fries can’t be prepared without added salt. Most locations will go above and beyond to help people that are on low sodium diets.

I just went to Chick-fil-A in Spring Hill. The employees are amazing. It is 20° with the windchill factor of 4°. They were outside looked to be freezing but so happy and professional. They need a shout out.

This location has repeatedly forgotten items from our bag and this morning finally made me leave a review about it. I know it's usually not a huge deal, but we went through drive through and they forgot the hash browns, my toddlers favorite. I had to park, take out my toddler, go in to grab them, then take my screening toddler-who wanted to play in the playground bc that's what we usually do-back out to the car immediately so we could be JUST 10 minutes late to our destination. No apology, no offer for free hash browns next time or something... It was just one of those mornings that this was a big deal to me. Food is fine here, but CHECK YOUR BAGS.

The kids are stinks! Needs a good cleaning. My salad was sour smelling. Yes it had blue cheese the market salad but, was a stinky old smell. They gladly replaced it for me. Main issue is the childrens play area stinky, fingerprints and sticky stuff on the seat and other areas. Sorry.
