We usually frequent this location with four-year-old grandson when visiting family in Spring hill. Food and atmosphere are always consistently good there. Grandson really enjoys the playground. Special shout out to Emma !! Nice young woman who hustled around and took care of a few items for us during recent visit.

Staff including so called Mgrs. at Chick fila in Spring Hill are very rude. Don’t say my pleasure or have a nice day. When you say, thank you on receiving an item they just look at you, give you your order and walk off. Hmmmm, my thought is if you don’t want to work please stay at home or better yet just quit! Do us all a favor b/c customers don’t have to be treated with such nasty attitudes and if it wasn’t for the customers, chick fila “WOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!”
I love chick fillet just not the spring hill location. I have tried it several times and it isnt clean. Food is greasy and buns are alway dry and crumbling. I will stick to Columbia location it is always clean and food is much better.

I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a Chik-Fil-A… but here I am! This location needs to teach ALL the locations across the country! We came in late close to closing time. Yet everything was clean, orderly, the employees were lively, friendly, and efficient and somehow the food was the best CFA ever! Fresh and crisp. Who knew a CFA could be so good??? And EVEN the bathrooms were CLEAN and I mean actually clean- not just filled with a toxic artificial scent to cover the 💩 odor that many bathrooms have from lack of cleaning. Not this one, this building was respectable all around. I could actually breathe inside! Really an exceptional location.
