Clean facility. Professiona, friendly and helpful staff. Food delicious. Softly quiet environment good for pensive time yetconducive to conversation at a table. Great fast food choice when looking for a change.
When we went to pick up our order there was only two other patrons in the restaurant yet the staff ignored us and when we were checked out the girl made no apology for ignoring us and making us wait, and no thank you for visiting. If you don’t have good service people will stop going to your establishment even though the food is fantastic.

Visited today for the first time with my mother and aunt. The very nice woman at the counter gave us the full menu rundown and let us know we could get samples of various flavors of chicken salad if we wanted. With 13 flavors, that’s helpful! She knew every product and its ingredients and could describe the flavors and make suggestions. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We had the Fancy Nancy, Lemon Basil and Cranberry Kelli chicken salads; broccoli salad (with bacon!!!), and grape salad (nuts, brown sugar, cream cheese, YUM!). Portions were ample; prices were very reasonable; each meal came with a pickle spear and cookie. We’ll definitely be back.
Love chicken salad so I had to try this place. I enjoy most of their many! Pasta salad is good as is their potato soup. Lemonade is also a must!

I love this place! The food is quick, nutritious, and delicious. The meal comes with a great amount for the price.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten, dairy, and corn free and chicken salad chick is one of the few places i can eat! Gluten free crackers such as Good Thins rice crackers would be a great addition though.

This is one our "spots" to stop when we want a quick lunch that's not fast food. It's like eating at home....if only I could make a bunch of different flavors of chicken salad. :-)

Whenever I visit my friend in Tennessee, I have to visit Chicken Salad Chicks. I absolutely love the food and atmosphere of this resturant. On my most recent visit, I got a scoop of Fruity Fran on a croissant. I chose to get a scoop of their mac and cheese as my side. When you order your meal you automatically get a buttercream frosted cookie which I find to be delightful! The food is absolutely delicious and the service is always spectacular. The ladies who work there are very friendly and I always have good conversations with them. I really like their watermelon icetea. It is a bit too sweet for me so I combine it with regular ice tea to form the perfect summer drink. ☀️ I love this place and can't wait to eat there again !
My wife and I love this place. We come here a couple of times a month. OK so their cookie they toss into all orders is so good! I might just by a dozen to take home! The unique Chick salads they have all are great but the Fancy Nancy is the best in my book... on a croissant! Everyone is really friendly and is it for an extra bonus read the walls in the bathroom. Oh yah... do the grape salad as your side!!!!

The service I've received here over my last 10 visits has been terrible. Nearly every single time I've had several items that I paid for omitted from my order. I asked to speak with a manager after my last visit and was ignored. The food I have received is good and why they get two stars. Hopefully in the future they will check their orders before they go out.

The drivethru staff is very indifferent and borderline rude. The counter staff is very friendly. There's a 50/50 chance they will mess up your order though. I experienced this the past two visits.

Love the food, love the whole experience but the lunch cashier at the Spring Hill location is very standoffish and it comes across as RUDE. We noticed it several times we have been there. Not the case in Franklin.
