Chicken Wings near Spring Hill

“Zaxby's is almost always delicious, but it's the little things that lowered my ratings. In respect to food forgetting to give cups, and not making shakes timely, Service is absolutely dependent on staffing - most are great but there's always those who treat you like THEY need a new job. The atmosphere is fine but tables meet to be wiped down better. These things don't deter me from future visits, just ways you can improve the customer experience.“

“We had a wonderful time on June 25, 2025 when our Minister took our Bible Class to love ❤️ on one our newest converts because of a season ending injury he sustained in football 🏈 practice for the Spring Hill High School Raiders! The food was great! The service was excellent! Shout out to Renn our waitress who was at our every beckon call! “The bone in buffalo wings were probably the best I've ever had in my life. The ad says that ranch and fries come with all the wings but I didn't get any ranch out of the 3 orders we tried. We didn't even sit down to eat the wings they were that good. We got the fried oreos and they were equally delicious until we were done and found a half raw fry at the bottom. It was a different type of fry than what is served with the wings. Kind of irky. You can't beat the bone in wings. Generous fries, but not a lot of sauce on the wings.“

“I have a friend who owns 9 Little Ceasars Pizza franchises, so I have seen a lot with this franchise. Unfortunately, this particular location has been less than consistent for me, but die to its location to my business and home I find myself stopping by and buying a “hot & ready” little Caesars has a protocol that requires the franchise to dispose of pizzas after a certain time frame and I’m not sure if this location has the updated equipment or not , because often I get old pizzas. What I’ve done to correct what this franchise fails to do is simply ask for a fresh hot & ready, be prepared for them to tell you it will be 15-20 minutes, but trust me it’s worth waiting, because old pizzas isn’t so wonderful 😉 the only way I give a four star rating on the food is based on insisting on a fresh pizza 🍕 otherwise my food rating would be a two star rating at this location

The over-all attitude of the workers I’ve felt with at the register has been “I’m just here and not interested in being friendly, so just order, give me your payment method and go sit down or stand out of the way”

But, if you’re not concerned about politeness or doing business with people who treat you with respect and want a decent pizza at a low price and request to wait for a fresh pizza to come out of the oven by ordering it fresh, just prepare to wait 15-20 minutes and it’s then it’s a decent four star pizza for the money money spent

These days I make this location a last resort and I don’t go there often , maybe two or three times a year and that’s is about all I can deal with, since I work in retail business all my life and deal with customers / people every day I believe in treating everyone with respect and I believe anyone working in a business should be nice to their customers who pay their salaries, so as a customer I expect to be treated with respect and wittiness others being treated respectfully and not have to deal with a cashier who acts like their so cool they don’t care“

“I met the nicest, realest employees here. They saved my booty, I am broke, poor and destitute, and they fed me, gave me warmth, hope, love. Parm breadies. little bites, I ate them. The kindness in their eyes was palpable. At that drive thru window. I saw the humanity. What a bro. I think his name was Carter but idk. Wow isn't this amazing.“

“I've always had a good experience with this location. 2 days ago, I placed an online order for 2 large original pan pizzas and requested it to be ready at 6:00. I arrived 10 minutes early and was 3rd in line at the window. The first car took about 5 minutes, the second car was quick. The young man at the window told me he appreciated my patience as they were short staffed, my pizza wasn't ready yet. I told him, no problem, it wasn't even 6:00 yet and l didn't mind waiting, I was early anyway . A car pulled up behind me so I drove away from the window and got back in line behind it. They quickly received their order and I was back at the window. My pizza was now ready and I was on my way by 6:05.

I had ordered a supreme pizza, no beef. The other pizza was mushrooms on the whole pizza with half ham and the other half pepperoni and green peppers. They were both prepared correctly and they looked and tasted great.
